New song - Ghost Towns (rough mix)
Added 2021-11-19 02:38:10 +0000 UTCheres a new track!! again i'll probably rework this a bit for a future album. writing a lot of standalone tracks that i'm really happy with lately. the bridge & hook of this one were reallY HARD to sing!!! i had the instrumental and midi vocal melody written out a while ago but only just got around to writing lyrics and recording them - whenever i write vocal melodies beforehand using midi instrumentation i tend to write really acrobatic melodies with a lot of big jumps and runs and stuff that are a lot harder than they look as midi data. i also have ZERO falsetto range for the handful of really high notes but i tried to patch it together as best i could. im really happy with this song overall :) its about finding beauty in repressed parts of urself.
