My Site May Be Shutting Down
Added 2024-04-23 22:15:53 +0000 UTCI'm considering shutting down my website - I don't think people use it all that much? And while it's not exactly costly to maintain, I'm also not sure it's worth it... Wanted to let people know ahead of time. (This is also because I know some states are being stricter about NSFW materials and checking ages, and I'm not entirely sure how to handle that? But mostly I'm just not sure it gives enough utility to be worth the cost.)
Edit: Seems like more people use the site than I realized, so I'm currently leaning towards keeping it running. No guarantees - but it's not like it's a huge financial drain to keep it running.

Eh, it's like 15 a month. I don't know if it's entirely worth it, but... I'll sleep on it.

2024-04-24 04:47:43 +0000 UTCHonestly, I just don't like how the pages are presented on Deviantart because I like dark pages to read, so I use the website and my own personal Word doc instead. However, that's just a personal preference. If it costs you money, is a hassle to maintain, and you don't get anything out of it, it doesn't make much sense to use the website when you could use a free place like Deviantart or Literotica or wherever instead and just link to the chapters you haven't yet posted for free on patreon.
