I think that's probably because by default it only learned Sakura from the later anime versions, so it ended up getting mixed up with the model from the earlier anime versions.
下忍のサクラでという注文だったのですが、全然品質が安定せずに心が折れかけました・・・たぶんデフォルトでアニメ後期のサクラしか学習していない為、アニメ初期のモデルとごちゃごちゃになるんだと思います。
