Old releases updated!

Hi guys! ⚔️⚔️

This is just a short post to say that we have updated our old releases to adjust the scale and the supports to our recent releases.

As some of you already know, we wanted to update the June, July, August and September releases to be in the same line as our newest releases, so after a few months of hard work, we've finally managed to get them all updated.

These releases were made using Chitubox for the pre-supported files so we've pre-supported again these releases and now they're in Lychee, so they can be scaled now more easily without change the size of the supports, as our latest releases.

Also, the June (Starter Pack), July and August releases were a bit... bulky 😅 So now they're in the same scale by default as our new releases (32mm).

We're working hard in the May Release to have the miniatures ready ASAP to start working on the first release of the upcoming second season in Highlands Miniatures... It's going to be a huuuge! We'll let you know very soon...

Have a nice weekend guys! ❤️

Hi Francis! Here you have a little video we did a few months ago about how to scale down our miniatures in Lychee! Hope it can helps! :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnzGarJNqP8

Quick question, how do I rescale in Lychee without changing supports? Do I just open the supported version and up/downscale? Don't the supports also change by whichever scale I use too? Thanks!

Thank you so much for re-scaling these guys! Figures I just printed like 40 of them haha XD But these will look so much better next to the newer sculpts!

Yea I get that, not singling you guys out, its just frustrating and a general issue with most 3rd party whfb type armies. Very rarely do they mix well with the GW versions. Funnily enough the horses usually scale well, its the riders that dont. One company sells beautiful "grail knights" but they look like anorexic children next to the real deal.

Hi Fox! Honestly I think that match the GW proportions is almost impossible, because every sculptor has his own way to create the miniatures and to represent the world even if they are working with the same scale. Also, the production process, the time it was made and the workflow they used to sculpt the miniatures (traditional clay, not digital) make it different too. Probably the only way to do it is with photogrammetry and re-sculpting the miniature :)

I wish someone would make knights that scale well with gw Bretonnians. Ive tried you, raven twin and lost kingdom. all amazing designs but never look right next to the gw scale. proportions are just too differant

That's awesome, I appreciate your willingness to provide ongoing support to past releases (especially since I bought those knights on mmf two weeks ago)! Funny timing on this; just last night I held up that knight next to a model from another creator that happens to make their minis on the small side and was flabbergasted by the size difference of two 32mm models. It was like Andre the giant next to a hobbit

Seria genial si los primeros meses estuviesen en nuestra cuenta de mmf... todavia no tengo impresora, pero seguro q necesitaré esas figuras escaladas :)

Hi William! No, the scale has been always 32mm, but the first three releases we created in the past were a bit bigger, something like 35 or 36mm and now we've adjust their scale to match the standard scale of our miniatures, which is 32mm. :)

Highlands_Miniatures

the new scale is 32mm? I thought that's what the old scale was.

I usually scale up your miniatures cause I think they're a bit small, the old size would have been perfect to me actually XD
