Afternoon guys! A new preview today for the massive set of Sons of Ymir miniatures coming this upcoming May 2023 Release in Highlands Miniatures!
Today it is time to take a first look at the first mounted dwarf set of miniatures we've ever made. We decided, as they were going to be a light cavalry unit, to use a classic mountain animal that also fits the range theme quite a bit... a fantasy mountain goat.
Again, it has been great to work on these miniatures, specially because it is not a common set of miniatures that you are use to see inside a dwarf army, giving us some creative freedom to find interesting shapes. And we like them!
The May 2023 Release will be composed of:
- 1x Dwarf Mountain Lord
- 5x Dwarf Rangers with crossbows
- 5x Dwarf Rangers with two-handed axes
- 5x Dwarf Rangers with spears
- 4x Dwarf Rangers throwing axes
- 3x Dwarf Rangers Command Group
- 4x Mounted Dwarf Light Cavalry
- 3x Mounted Dwarf Light Cavalry Command Group
- 5x Goats
