Once/if you are a $10+ patron, just link your discord to your patreon, and then check patreon, and you should be in a realism mod testing server! Then go to the releases channel in the alpha testing cateogry

1.3 Alpha 1 changelog:
- Added real Arthur face
- Added real Bentancur face
- Added real Papu Gomez face
- Added real Vorm face
- The AI now make many more subs during sim games (almost always 3)
- Slightly fewer goals are scored in sim games
- The AI finish with slightly fewer points now
- More realistic league positions
- Dynamic player potential is now a lot more subtle, and most increases/decreases are 1-4
- If a player has an average season he can sometimes loose a bit of potential
- You can't get a player to a ridiculously high overall anymore (like 97+)
- Players with lower international prestiedge now have slightly higher values
- Realistic ratings for all Arsenal players
- Realistic ratings for all Manchester City players
- Realistic ratings for all Spurs players
- Realistic ratings for some Barcelona players
- Realistic ratings for some Bournemouth players
- Realistic ratings for some Chelsea players
- Realistic ratings for some Liverpool players
- Real team tactics for Spurs
- Real team tactics for Manchester United
- Real team tactics for Manchester City
- Real team tactics for Liverpool
- Real team tactics for Atletico Madrid
- Lots of new La Liga banners and flags
- Lots of new League Two banners

- GKs now grow slightly slower
- Slightly adjusted what age was the peak of their career for some positions
- Players now grow a lot less when they are injured
- Players now grow off form a lot more
- Players now retire slightly earlier
- Updated some GK kits for the Pro League
- Crowd chants are now a lot louder
- Fixed rare random crashes
- Players now ask for longer contracts
- Players are now less willing to take a pay cut
- Many tweaks to transfers
- Added Joan Gamper trophy
- Made Steve Bruce the manager of Newcastle with real Face

I've used your mod since first release this year and it's made career mode worth playing;I found players too expensive on 1.1 but just right on 1.2. Not had a single crash or bug after many hours of playing. Keep up the good work!

It's a realism mod, so I've made it less crazy, players can still grow and decrease potential, just it's less. But a 60 rated 18 year old with 80 potential who has an amazing season will maybe get a potential increase of 2-4 instead of 7-10. But that's just one season. They have another few good seasons and now they have 90 potential!
