FIFER's FIFA 20 Realism Mod 2.1 HOTFIX (Works with March 31st FIFA update)

Thanks so much FIFER for everything you have done. Reluctantly reinstalled fifa 20 after disappointment on how crap it was but your 2.1 realism mod came and saved the day. Have not enjoyed FIFA this much since fifa 2018. Awesome, awesome mod bro. Just writing to alert the April 28 update looks to have unset your awesome work. Thanks for everything again. I have a problem with the mod, it doesn't work, it doesn't let me modify my player in career mode, and nothing was added, it doesn't work since Fifa updated

Hey man, I recently started playing Fifa 20 with some mods. I realized that there is a problem with custom players. Regardless of what role I give them (e.g. GK or defender) they always end up assigned as a striker. Does it have something to do with a game update or is the error on my own behalf? Other than that I tremendously enjoy what your mod adds, seriously man, respect.

All of those things are much better in the FIFA 20 version of the mod. What other things are there that you don't have the option to use or no?

Really no offense man your realism mods are great but I think they were much better in Fifa 19 when you just focused on simpler things like: Realistic scorers, assist makers and ai team selection and stuff, I really really like the additional things that you include and but if you could give an option to choose those things selectively would be great i think. (P.S.= I do think you're the best Fifa modder out there)

Only maybe that it is almost impossible to buy players. Is there a way to reverse the changes in player values or team budgets?

Any one else got the problem that the stadiums are empty? Not one fan. It feels weird to hear them but to not see them ;) Exept from that! Great mod!

I don't know who makes the face, but please STOP! Makes it wrong for real players.   The original game is modeled much better, with Ansu Fati, Alena, Puig and most of the other players, for example. Of course, the flatterers disagree, but please stop. Horrible imprint!

there seems to be a glitch where you have to push cancel in order to not delete your save file. it will then go into CM.

when I also go into CM, there is an error message saying the save file is damaged, but when i hit cancel it loads. is there any way to fix this?

Did you use/select 'latest squad' option when you created your Career Mode? If you did then next time use/select 'Current Squads' option. Also load FIFER Squad first.

How we use hotfix?

Hi everyone :) I hope someone could help me...everything seems to work just fine, the game launches with no problem. Lua script also works just fine. But...when i go to the "edit player" section i got every uptaded face i kits. But i dont have all the kits in quick game or carrer mode. Anyone else got that problem?

plsyers statas need to be tweaked becaus eliterally every defender is 88 sprint speed or acceleration its crazy lmao xD i know we can edit it but editing it for all the teams is crazyyyyyyy

I dont know why but this hotfix didn't work and one more thing is when I use lua file in this hotfix to update face ingame, my Haaland suddenly become a Chinese man and Hoever is some random old man :(

Yeah I encountered the same problem, but all you have to do is go to Documents on your PC select FIFA 20 then you right click on the FIA setup and select properties afterwards you check the read only box and change your directx_select from 0 to 1. That should solve the problem

Just a suggestion, the player growth needs to be boosted coz players who have potential to be Special, don't even reach there marked potential before they turn 28/29, let alone over achieving. This happens mostly with CB, LB, RB, CDM and LM / RM players. Strikers and goalkeepers only achieve their potential and sometimes over achieve them. No one's asking for everyone to become 99 OVR but a decent amount of growth will be appreciated so turn it up by a notch please.
