As usual, any tier3 patron with a complete pledge can suggest 2 characters for 2
separate polls. Not 2 chars on 1 pic.
And please do not suggest characters characters, who have already won previous polls, again. Considering those were well known characters, it would be fair to give a chance for less known ones that are being suggested but obviously have less chances.
