I've a friend-developer who is creating very promising games on Unity.
We've a lot of prerendered 3D visual novels on market, but this girl work on realtime 3D games (I'm thinking about it too... 😉) and it's really unique and cool!
So meet Escape from Titan by Cute Pixel.
Escape from Titan is a full-fledged 3D realtime game in the style of RPG and survival.
Playing for the main character - a girl named Maya - you have to get out of the secret scientific complex on Titan - Saturn's satellite, where Maya did not get on her will.
But all this is not as simple as it may seem at first glance...
