Yep. their stances definitely make sense. You know, it'd be funny if Ronja isn't pregnant, and the pups the god is talking about are Vandi's. We know Ranach wasn't a virgin, because Rogio said he'd been with females before. And so far Ronja doesn't seen to show any signs of pregnancy.. though maybe it's too early to tell that way, idk dog reproduction. Wonder how she'd react if indeed he impregnated not only another female, but his own mother, since Savas already did, and he got along great with Savas. Would be so messed up, but not unlikely judging from their family tree.

Agreed. He's been a terrible leader and his selfishness is too much to ignore. Judging by the references that were just put up for all of MT, Vigr might be on the same page as Ulfr (though Ulfr is complaining about earning rank, not sex), since they're older dogs and the MT is all they've known for a LONG time. Meanwhile, Fuss is an outsider and Javo is younger, so they seem to be open for change. I'm hoping the males listen to Fuss.

I'm still on the fence if Ulfr is sexist or not. He hasn't said 'how dare females be ranked' or '/females/ getting ranks'. He's only complained that they haven't earned them (though I disagree with Jonna, she's clearly earned her artisan rank from doing all the designs). In the case of the warrior female it makes sense. She wants to be a warrior, but she likely hasn't become one overnight. It's like signing up for infantry doesn't make you infantry. Maybe he'd be happier if they started off as something else.. but MT has no basic ranks so.. idk. But you're probably right, Fuss's opinion will be more important than Ronja's.

I'm hoping no one in the tribe respects him since he ditched them to go cry over the toy he decided to break. We know they don't behind his back, but we've yet to see if they'll act good or not in front of him. Seems he only has the position of jarl from birthright anyways, since during his speech he mentioned Rogio was the baron until he had his own heir. If Ulfr cares about earning ranks, that hopefully will be something that starts to irk him. But yep, agreed, they do this to themselves. Who knows what the last male will do.. he didn't say anything. Team up with Ulfr to take out Ronja, or agree with Fuss..

Fúss is so right. They were spread way too thin to begin with without all the other males having to leave on tasks. Glad for the voice of reason here. I was wondering when one of the males would suggest killing Ronja, I'm surprised they have followed her ripe so well already. Desperation does things to "people".

I'm positive Ranach will be a problem whenever he returns. Still, the tribe is hurting for members and the females now have a taste of equality. It would be difficult to go back to business as usual, and if the females are killed in retaliation there's no one left to reproduce with. The MT really is in a bind of their own making-- leadership-wise anyway. Then again, Ranach could shoot the tribe in the foot and make things EVEN worse because of his selfishness. XD

I'm falling for Fúss here... <3 He's the one that sees the potational Ronja made for the better. And hope Vandi goes with Javo for the herbs. Or if she's too long pregnent for that. Wonder what she want to tell Ronja. The last panel Fúss looks like his look is based of the Japanese Akita, am I right? ^^

I think Ulfr is way more likely to actually receive and accept this advice since it's being given by a companion/someone he's familiar with through this (for him) confusing and frustrating time. I think it matters too that this advice is coming from another male who's of similar rank to him, so Ulfr has more understanding and he's less reactive to another guy. It's so important for Fuss to be having this discussion with him, especially since they'll be leaving him alone to deal with it all while they're out on their duties! I feel like Ulfr's frustrated right now but maybe once Ronja can demonstrate her abilities further he'll take to her. It may be hard to get over the years of sexism though.

@Silver a problem might arise when Ranach comes back, if Ulfr takes that as a sign that they can go back to normal. Unless Ranach tries to sneak his way to Ronja, but I don't see why he would feel the need to do that in his own tribe. Heck he might put Ulfr in charge while he takes Ronja away, who knows.

Fuss has really good points, but the question is, will Ulfr listen to them? I'm really nervous about the idea of Ulfr being left alone with all of the females, where Ronja is really the only one who knows how to fight. I know Galti will be there, but he's already proven that he wouldn't be much help if something bad were to happen. And I knew it wouldn't take long until killing Ronja came up in conversation, because honestly it wouldn't be hard for them. At least Ronja does have one experienced male on her side. I do wonder what Vigr is actually thinking about all of this?
