Given how upset Fuss was with Ulfr's words, I'm sure Ronja will find a very willing ally. It would also be interesting to get the perspective of a male who knows the actions of the tribe are wrong, did their best not to antagonize the females, and still chose to stay instead of rebel or escape. Also, Vandi's words pretty much confirms Ulfr's bad intentions for me. I was willing to give him a chance if he was one of the males just following orders when he had to, but he pretty much enjoyed using the females for sex whenever he pleased, and most likely saw them as little more than pleasure and puppy factories.

Yes rhey are dogs. But they are dogs who are intelligent, can think and act rational, use weapons and live in a society with complex structures. And let's not forget that niita was traumatized after almost being raped by a group of dogs.

'degrade them by humanizing them more than they already are' Make your own comic of non-humanized dogs then, instead of deciding Kique's comic for him. Btw, for as 'degrading' as humans are, you wouldn't be reading comics on the internet, on a computer/phone/laptop, powered by electricity, without them lol. That also keeps the snacks and food in the fridge cold and fresh.

And I think you're forgetting this Asmundr scene:

If you want a comic about dogs who strictly act like dogs, and weren't given human intelligence by aliens, then this isn't the one.

Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. The whole point of the barren and fertile ranks were to show that each of the females had been raped by the old jarl. We didn't need to see it individually happen to each of them, and tbh, I'm pretty sure most readers wouldn't want that drawn out anyways. We already know the dogs have human intelligence, and act like humans, because of the events before Asmundr. We got it in some detail when Rhov and Jahla explained 'sky god' stories. We know rape is traumatic to them like to humans, because Niita was traumatized from an attempt (not even a successful one). So these girls have been much worse off.

Are you.. completely ignoring that she was raped..? And probably tied up, like Ronja had been? How are you coming to Jonna being upset that she's not pregnant, and not that her father was probably executed, and herself and the other females abused?

Her barren ranking was a GIANT sign of abuse. It meant she'd already been raped, and explains why she didn't have pups. These dogs are more human than dog sentience-wise. I doubt having kids is on the top of the to-do list of a rape victim. Probably just serves as a reminder of what happened.

During Arenak´s rule, every female had to spend an entire month locked up in his den, being mated with repeatedly and after they would receive their mark Fertile or Barren. After that month, they are given to the rest of the males to have their own attempt at getting the female pregnant. Jonna is also caring about all females, not just what happened to her.

Don't forget the possibility that she was continously raped in hopes that they would eventually succeed in impregnating her.

While I agree that Ulfr must be exiled I also wonder what he'll do to seek revenge if he is exiled.

If Jonna said Ulfr should not go unpunished then ok, but she said all males need to be punish. I have a feeling Jonna is up to no good. I don't trust her

Reason I don't judge all the males, like Jonna. But on Ulfr she had right. He's theat kind of male that don't regret what he's done. Most only did what was told, or forced. But some, like Ulfr, enjoyed it. Hope Ronja finds a way to exile him without going back on her word for this encounter with Jonna. Maybe Fúss has the answers she needs. Also, that she asks a male, might get her some respect from the males over all.

Oh great.. if ulfr is forced to leave, this will be the punishment he's talking about and might try to go after ronja. Time will tell, Time will certainly tell .3.

Even if Ulfr is removed, I think Jonna still resents all the males.

Agreed. Plus him being that old, you'd think he'd be insulted to be exiled, like he's been there all these years, and some random female comes, pouts in her room for a week, and then takes charge for two days and wants to boot him from his tribe? From his perspective, there's really no reason not to attack, especially considering his size and rank as a hunter.

Hopefully Fuss tells her Ulfr wants to either kill or rape her, which should be enough to expel him. And now with this info, Ronja should speak to Jonna too, because Jonna probably feels like crap thinking she has to live with a rapist who enjoyed hurting them. Idk, feels like her anger issues could improve from fixing that.

I KNEW Ulfr was bad news from the very beginning. The way he bowed to Ronja and offered his apologies gave me hope that there was good in him, but I had a feeling he wasn't being sincere, and the page immediately after that confirmed my suspicions. And now with this page... it's just as I figured: he's the oldest-living male in the Meteor Tribe, too stuck in his ways to change. I agree with Vandi, he definitely needs to go... but it likely won't be that easy. Ulfr doesn't strike me as being one to "bow out gracefully", so to speak, and he may even try to attack Ronja when she attempts to exile him. Hopefully with her having the backup of the rest of the Tribe (especially if she takes Vandi's advice and talks to Fuss, which I really hope to see), he won't be successful.

Okay, so Ulfr is lost case. He was nice looking fellow tho. xD
I have feeling that Ulfr is about to return right after Fuss and others will go to their journeys, if he is banished in the first place.

And there it is. Ulfr was a huge problem to the females. Ulfr is waiting for Ranach's return because he thinks Ranach will change everything back to the way it was, and cast Ronja out for trying to make the females lives better. (Since no one saw Ranach tell Ronja she could do whatever she wants)
