Something wrong with the quality?

Keirr's look in the last panel is suggesting that despite inviting Aira on this journey to find and rejoin the pack, he's still somewhat cautious of her. He feels guilty for leaving her on bad terms, is sympathetic to her (especially since she never knew what it was like to have a family), but he hasn't thrown away all his caution. Still very Keirr. :) I'm also wondering if that tribe in the east is the same place Axi's guild is visiting? The guild pin has been in that location for some time now.

I think his face is a bit of a nod to irony. He walked away form Aira when she needed him, and now when he needs her, Aira is willingly helping. Of course, he did help her for a while, but now he gets to feel the shoe on the other foot and realize what it is like to depend on the help of someone else. To me, he is realizing that he would have a really hard time on his own right now. The tables have turned.

I think his face is just a reaction to Aira's teasing. I make that face from time to time when my siblings do that to me XD

I have the feeling Keirr is struggling with himself about Aira and all that's happened between them. That's what that look on his face in the last panel says to me, and I have to say, I think it's a very Keirr thing to do. I love the kind of dog that he is and now that I know him better I officially like him better than Rhov :)

Hmm... not sure what Keirr's face is about. Maybe he's willing to give mates a shot? I mean... it's been clarified that he has no interest in doing so and, according to the (refs?), he was overlooked as a leader because it was his brother who got a mate. Then again, it does (or DID) say that it takes a bit for him to warm to others, to perhaps that's a look of distrust and/or suspicion?
