Roamer honestly isn't that stupid, or at least I'd hope not.. Let's not forget he had to go to the meteor tribe with Kainan before and met Ranach, and Ranach had publicly and openly stated that he was in fact the Jarl.. I'm sure Roamer already knows and understands who Rogio was referring to during that talk.

I don't understand this page very well.. Why is Kargo saying both Rogia and Ronja will stab Roamer in the back eventually? Kargo doesn't know anything about Ronja.. the most he had ever seen of her was when Roamer left his pack and when she called the guards on them while they were escaping.. Rogio I can understand a bit of, we don't know their full history together but we do know at one time Rogio chose not to help them when they escaped the first time, but we also know Rogio had his own reasons for that.. and he damn near gave his very life to make sure they escaped this time, neither one of these character's are bad people on a personal level towards any of the three of them so.. is it because Roamer chose Rogio over Kargo? Is he just being annoyed with the fact Roamer moved on and found someone new or is it something else? Just like Kargo wasn't expected by anyone to be able to move on from Ferah when he thought she was gone.. Why does he expect Roamer to abandon his family member again, someone he left people he loved and cared about just to make sure they where ok and now he knows she.. well she is, but isn't? She willingly mated with Ranach.. I don't understand why she acts like a victim in that one page over it but I'd imagine it's more of a regret than what it looked like.

Honestly, the “fuck Rogio” remark confused me too, especially since Kargo doesn’t know about him and Roamer, like you said, but I guess maybe it’s meant to be in regards to Rogio going back to the Meteor Tribe, and in Kargo’s eyes, betraying him once again? It could also be because Rogio didn’t even bother to come back with Roamer and say goodbye/offer an explanation, but that’s just my guess.

I wonder what type of relation and what happened between Kargo and Rogio in the past... It's been mentioned that Rogio wasn't there when Kargo needed him the most and stuff in the past, but I would have assumed that Kargo would have only said that Ronja would stab his back opposed to saying both of them as he was Rogio's friend but then again, he's changed and because of what happened when they escaped the first time from the M.T, he saw Rogio backstabbing him. And I wonder if Kargo will heat things up in the next page since he said he doesn't know either of them, possibly inquiring him and Rogio??

It could just be me but I think it may be possible that his anger may drive him to the state where he'll actually become an enemy and in the end lose everything, including Ferah (or at least her support)? Or we could possibly have something to a parallel where Kargo would be like Ranach and Roamer be Rogio in this instance...? .,.

I get the feeling that Ferah isn't walking away because she doesn't care, but rather that she knew Kargo wouldn't be able to resist trying to get the last word in? Just comes across more to me like she's giving them space and maybe preparing herself to deal with Kargo after the whole situation winds down. Regardless, I was expecting this too and I'm nervous to see how this ends :'D we could only hope things wouldn't end like this

I do agree with people commenting about Roamer giving a more in-depth explanation ^^ but I dont think it's okay thar Kargo flat out talk about Rogio and MOSTLY Ronja how they will stab Roamer in the back when he doesn't even know them as much as he thinks... Ferah is sweet as always ♡ I love her ;; I understand Roamer in the last panel 100% ahh... ;; cant wait for next page :3

Ferah I seem is calm and actually hurt. She says her goodbye as she can't keep her tears or something and might want to be alone for a little bit. As Roamer said he would visit, Ferah takes his word that he will tell more then. And that she's actually glad he took his time to visit them again after his and Kargo's fight and knowing of Ronja's whearabouts. And she might have known or guessed he would be with Ronja as his family. Roamer not aprouching Kargo as he can see Kargo's short-temper. And he promised Ronja to return as soon as he could. He didn't promise Kargo or Ferah anything when he left after all, but now he promies to return every once in a while. As Ranach and Ulfr are out there. Not to mention Fremja is waiting for him. Guess he kept her a secret as it was her that didn't want to enter? I think showing her and let her talk might have helped Kargo more... And to Kargo... I understand so well why you're hurt deep (as people above mentioned), and you don't like Rogio for even wanting to stayt in the MT after all that Tribe has done... You really have that sort of "us vs them" for the MT, and see Ronja as part of the bad guys, the entire MT as bad. But he doens't know, and he speaks before getting facts (as Roamer didn't tell, but Kargo coul've asked for more as well).

Okay, this page left me absolutely shocked so I have to write down all my thoughts lmao. FIrst, Ferah's reaction? I know she's the calm, wise, understanding character, but still.. she's letting Roamer go that easily, without asking anything about Meteor Tribe or Ronja? It feels like she doesn't really care.. I would expect more interest from her, since she loves Roamer as a friend. I don't understand Kargo's comment "fuck Rogio", it just came out of nowhere for me? Why did he say that? Roamer hasn't even revealed that they slept together, there was no mention of their relationship whatsoever. Roamer saying "alright, take care" and about to leave was the thing that made me the most shocked though, I think. They mean so much to each other, they loved each other and together they went through so much, and that's all he has to say to him? I just don't understand it at all. They're all acting like they mean nothing to each other, but we all know it's not like that. Kargo's being a butthole with his comment about Rogio and Ronja but I get his intentions at least, I guess he wants any reaction from Roamer so he has something to rage about. If he loves Roamer, I don't get why he can't calm the fuck down for once and sit down together and just talk. I love Kargo as a character but he's getting on my nerves lol, but so are Roamer and Ferah to be honest. I don't know, I'm a sucker for emotional scenes and stuff, maybe that's why I expected this conversation to be different. But I guess Roamer will eventually let Kargo know what Rogio means to him, since Kargo will probably be curious why Roamer claims to know Rogio so well lol. I agree with you. Honestly, I’ve always gotten an “us vs them” vibe from Kargo, in regards to Roamer’s family... granted, I can’t expect him to care about dogs he doesn’t even know, but he should at least understand and respect Roamer’s own feelings for them, especially if he really does love him like he claims. But instead, it seems like Kargo wants to keep Roamer away from his family, if anything... it seems to me, that, though Kargo loves Roamer, he loves him only in the sense that he wants to keep him all to himself, and that’s not right at all. He knows how important Roamer’s family is to him, and yet... it’s like he just doesn’t care. Roamer even said that if Kargo and Ferah could’ve kept Ronja’s whereabouts a secret forever, they would’ve... and to be honest, I agree that this likely would’ve been the case. After all, Kargo only told Roamer when he saw how upset he was about the possibility of Ronja being dead/turned into a night beast; and even after that, it was clear he wanted Roamer to forget about her, telling him that she’s one of “them” now (which he didn’t know for sure, he could only assume). He only agreed to go back for Ronja when Roamer started getting angry, and even then it was clear that he didn’t really care; he just didn’t want Roamer to leave him, and so, told him what he thought he wanted to hear. This is one of the reasons I highly prefer Rogio with Roamer; Rogio cares about Roamer too (I won’t say he loves him yet, as it’s still too early, and they haven’t even officially become a couple yet), but he also understands and respects that Roamer cares about his family... unlike Kargo, he doesn’t try to keep Roamer from them, or change his view of them; in fact, on the contrary, he actually encouraged Roamer to be there for Ronja, and was genuinely happy for him when he saw them reunited. Something tells me that, if it had been Kargo in Rogio’s place, for that same scene, his reaction wouldn’t have been the same; more jealous or worried that Roamer was going to leave him.

See, this page proves to me why I've pretty much written off Kargo as a whole. I'm sorry, yes I agree his upbringing was not the best - but you can overcome such obstacles. But that comment about "Fxxk Rogio!" and him and Ronja stabbing him in the back - um, excuse me? Rogio has went above and beyond to prove he'd never do anything like that - Like having himself nearly sacrificed for helping him, and Ferah escape...plus some things I'm sure I'm forgetting. And Ronja - I agree 1000% with Roamer on the fact he has NO right to speak about her that way - He doesn't know jack crap about her! I'm sorry but this is exactly why I dislike him as a character - And a good reason why I'm thankful Roamer is getting away from him romantically - He's just toxic. He may not mean to be, but he still is...and its a shame, it really is. And I know its not entirely his fault, but its something he needs to work on, if he expects to gain and retain allies in his new life outside the MT. :/ I'm glad Ferah is being mature about it. I do adore her, she's come a long way. I love her so much!

Honestly starting to dislike Kargo more and more, I hope Roamer chews him out good and well for his words. People who act like they know something but know nothing like this really irk me, and its clear he doesn't actually give a shit about Ronja. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if Kargo really doesn't give a care about any of Roamer's family and just acts like he does because it's what roamer wants him to do. I mean he's lied about Ronja's whereabouts when he knew Roamer was desperate to find her. He didn't even try to speak with Rhov when he was there either. Maybe I'm biased because I never liked him much and never wanted to see him and Roamer together but this just really rubs me the wrong way. Ranach is the only character I dislike more so far. Ranting aside though I do love seeing how this story progresses, Kargo just gets me so miffed though which is good. I'm excited to see if Roamer will stand up to him and if he'll indeed see the error in his ways.

I agree with the comments that Roamer could definitely stay longer, and give them a more in-depth explanation for what's going on, rather than rushing through saying goodbye to Kargo and Ferah. But on the other hand, I can understand perfectly why he'd want to get back behind the MT walls ASAP. One possible reason is because Ranach and Ulfr are out there somewhere, and no one knows where they are or what they're planning (something sure to end in blood if the last page of chapter 8 is any clue, but of course the characters don't know that). And the longer Roamer and Fremja stay away, the more likely it is that they'll run into one or both of them. That said, Roamer did try to take the high road here by not responding to Kargo's initial "Fuck Rogio" comment by simply saying his goodbye and leaving. I'm not a fan of what Kargo did with that last attempt to get a word in edge-wise. It's true that he and Ferah have been through absolute hell because of the MT, and I can completely understand neither of them ever wanting to go back. But Kargo's comment was completely unnecessary. Kargo doesn't know jack shit about Ronja, and Roamer's right about that, since he knew her from the time he was a pup. And Rogio... if it wasn't for Rogio, Kargo and Ferah wouldn't have escaped the meteor tribe again, and hell, he nearly DIED in order to help them. If Rogio wanted to betray any of them or stab them in the back, he'd have done it long before now. With the way the wind's been blowing in the last few pages, I'm pretty certain this was the storm that people say has been brewing. I can't see this confrontation de-escalating without someone breaking things up, given that Kargo has already shown he couldn't keep a lid on his temper. It could be Ferah, Fjordor, or Fremja intervening. All I hope is that someone does and gets Kargo away so he can cool off, before this situation ends badly...

I don't think Kargo would have a sit down at this point, he needs to cool down first. The only way I see a sit down happening is if the wind is a storm coming in and they cant travel for the night, and Fjordor (who I'm looking forward to seeing here) has them stay.

Like everyone in Kargo"s life betrays him only ferah stays. His brother betrayed him thats why he probably brought up not trusting Ronja (Ronja is family). Kargo trusts no one anymore sad.

I'm surprised Ferah didn't say anything, shouldn't she be as equally upset? Roamer didn't explain NOTHING to them so shouldn't she at least be questioning Roamer before letting him go? I know she's the understanding one of the two but still...no "Why are you going back?" or "Why not bring Ronja and the rest of the girls here with you?" Maybe she's to upset to even ask him? And Kargo has no right to be saying that about Ronja. However, Rogio is a whole new story and Kargo DOES know Rogio so I'm with Kargo here when it comes to Rogio. There's still so much we don't know about him even when we've explored some of his past and feelings along with Roamer.

Ferah trusts Roamer. And she believes him about Ronja. Ferah knew that Ronja had been influenced by Ranach, when she was captive, she told Roamer that she said what she did to open Ronjas eyes. And as for Rogio... regardless of what he did wrong in the past, if it wasn’t for him, you and Ferah would likely either be dead or tortured and enslaved, so I think he deserves more credit too. >.> ...Seriously, from Kargo’s reaction on the last page, I expected him to take Roamer’s decision badly, but I *didn’t* expect that remark about Ronja. Him judging her like that is very unfair, when he doesn’t even know the whole story, and I honestly don’t blame Roamer for snapping at him. Ronja is his friend, his FAMILY. I mean, how would Kargo feel if someone told him that Ferah is a heartless murderer just because they saw her kill a Meteor dog? I imagine he wouldn’t take it too kindly, to say the least. I understand that Kargo’s point of view regarding Ronja is very limited, but that’s exactly why he shouldn’t judge her. You shouldn’t judge someone you don’t even know. I wasn’t alright with Ronja judging Ferah based on the very little “knowledge” that she had of her, and I’m not alright with Kargo now doing the same thing, in regards to Ronja.

I wouldn't say that Kargo knows Rogio better. He knows who Rogio used to be, which as Rogio admits was way under Ranachs influence. He's made a lot of change, and Kargo should give him more credit for helping to free them.

Kargo's expression in the 6th panel is so hurt. He wanted a reaction from Roamer that he didn't get in order to justify being mad at him. Roamer took the high road so Kargo dug in deeper. Kargo clearly isn't in control of himself in this moment. Lashing out because he is hurt and he'd rather be mad because he doesn't know how to handle being hurt, he never learned.

Damn! This could have ended on a bitter sweet note, with a sad goodbye and a promise to visit every so often. Now, this looks headed toward a full on conflict between Kargo and Roamer, just because Kargo had to get those last few words in. Sure, Kargo may know Rogio better than Roamer, at the moment, but HE doesn't know Ronja. And if Rogio was one to stab someone in the back, he could have easily not set them free from the MT when they were captured. He almost died trying to set them free. Yeah, these next pages are going be rough, I wonder if the coming storm literally represents a fight breaking out between Kargo and Roamer. :( Anyway, I get Kargo feels betrayed and he has every right to be, but for once it would be nice if he could keep his aggression in check. I feel he's going to regret driving Roamer away for good.
