I think she was just lonely, and romantically hurt by Roamer. So, she was naive and in her desperate nature ended up jumping into a situation she wasn't actually ready for. I don't think she was thinking ahead. Instead just kinda.. I dunno. ready to jump at whatever opportunity she thought would bring her a relationship? Perhaps she also wanted to make roamer jealous or something.

Yes! This page as finally revealed today. After reading and enjoying page 318, I am so thrilled that both Ronja and Vendi getting to spend a quality time together for the very first time. On the fourth panel, I so adore how Vendi looks while standing on a rock. She looks so mighty as if she feel content and does not have the world upon her shoulders or back. Moreover, I am so glad that Vendi is treating Ronja a welcome family member, consider that she is the daughter-in-law and Vendi is the mother-in-law. It is about time that are alone again and this time they will get to know each other even more. Vendi have finally open up to Ronja by asking her why she mate with Ranch. This is a good question for us readers to know more about Ronja's intention, which can relate to her search for Roamer. I also hope that Ronja will ask Vendi about her life was before in the Meteor Tribe. Vendi is a really interesting character I must know more about because she is the only oldest female who servive and remain in the tribe for so long. Who knows, she might knew about Kargo and Feara (sorry to spell her name wrong) long time ago.

It may have taken hundreds of pages, but we're finally going to hear why Ronja made the decision to mate on that day. She barely knew Ranach (and knew nothing of the MT), but was willing to take the chance that she might have pups. Perhaps, Ronja just didn't think it through. We know Ranach only wanted to mate with her to create a bond/relationship/claim pups before his father because he thought the assassination attempt failed. Either way, looking forward to Ronja's reply on the next page! Also, Alva and Akleja are adorable in the second panel.

A very personal question indeed, although I feel like Ronja can consult with Vandi. Vandi is just so trustworthy and understanding. I love how Ronja is showing signs of her pregancy, I'm glad she doesn't hold anything against them for being the children of Ranach. They're her pups!
