On another note ; I do not think that Roamer will "go" with Ronja. They're not in love, he knows it, she knows it. He's not stupid, and definitively grew up a lot since page 55. I think he will stay there, and *if* he is indeed looking at Rogio, I think it's more a look of, yes, determination, but also of "I'm not going back even if Kargo and Ferah are down there, will you stay by my side even here?" Rogio is loyal to Roamer since they very first met, I feel he will follow every decision Roamer make if it means for both of them to be happy. Roamer is not stupid enough to "put Rogio on the side" like Ranach did either. Everyone know, now, that Rogio and Ranach were something, even Ronja, she was told by many Meteors since. She knows what happened, well, most of it, since. She knows he was controlled by Ranach like she once was. I mostly think Roamer and Rogio will stay, but they will make a pair, and I do not think Ronja will be against it : She knows Roamer doesn't love her in that kind of way, she's past over that since. ( Out comic detail : Love interest field isn't Roamer anymore since a big while ) I more think she will actually encourage them, and actually thank Rogio for accepting to be there for them, and for Roamer too. I do not believe in a "sad, evil, manipulative" "love triangle" for these three, because since last time they grew up so much in maturity. To me 7th panel look of Roamer look more like a "we're gonna stay, and help these dogs get back from the Curse of your fucked up ex-boyfriend" Rogio look, to me, is more surprise to see Roamer so determined. Also more worry for Kargo and Ferah than Rogio-himself xD.

That brings up a good thought, too. Rogio could have notable rank like he had before. I wonder if the tribe still sees him as Baron, the rank Ranach gave him. He could probably easily slip back into it.

Roamer would probably get the rank Baron. Why? Not because of what you may think, but because it is the Rank which also office as "emissary", AKA voyage within tribes or to meetings to represents it. Which would allow him tooo... Roam :).

The emotions in this page are strong. I can feel Rogio's anger at the tribe still being held hostage by Ranach (and Ulfr), despite no longer being run by him. Then there's Ronja's look of shame at being pregnant, even as she begs Roamer to stay. Finally, the look in Roamer's eyes. It feels like different types of anger and frustration all wrapped into one. Maybe his frustration of not seeing about Ronja sooner, her whereabouts being withheld from him, his own frustrations about choosing to go with Kargo and Ferah before making sure his family was safe, and perhaps blaming himself for not considering Ronja's feelings which partially led her to running off with Ranach and mating with him. (Though Ronja made that decision on her own without thinking it through. It paralleled Roamer's own recklessness in a way.) Perhaps a little anger over her being pregnant with pups by a dog as rotten as Ranach, as well as not having any family to lean on, even if the tribe is a much kinder place. I'm sure Roamer isn't going to ditch Rogio out of a feeling obligation to Ronja, but he won't leave her by herself again-- at least for the foreseeable future.

To me, it doesn't seem like he's making a statement that he's choosing one over the other, as much as his looking to Rogio is including him in his emotion and his statement, and if necessary, a sort of apology or a hope that Rogio might choose to stay

I just came to another suggestion.....maybe rogio is shocked to see so much dedication between them. Like how roamer said he’ll never leave again maybe he’s shocked cause he never had that kind of bond with anyone that was willing to sacrifice anything and everything for him. I’m fully aware the two aren’t mates but their still loyal to each other not only as pack mates but family. That’s something nobody in the meteor tribe has had

ahh I just hope Roamers not acting without thinking again.. The way this was said it sounds alarmingly like he's giving himself to her as a partner due to his guilt, but he'll just end up hurting himself, poor Rogio AND Ronja in the end if he does this.. He would have been forced to look at Ronja like she would be the only one for him back with the Asmundr pack because.. well, it was true back then; but he's experienced so much and there's a whole world full of options for him to find happiness in, whether that's tied down to a mate and potential family or not. Roamer clearly never held feelings for Ronja, or if he had they where very minimal so if he makes it sound like he'll be hers now.. She still loves him, so this will hurt worse for her than anyone else if he makes it seem like something it's not.

Roamer looks so guilt stricken...and acting before thinking again. But I think I'd have said the same in this moment. Hopefully Ronja tells him soon that at least she wasn't forced to mate. And poor Rogio. What will he do now? I know there's still a little bit left before the end of the chapter but I love your cliffhangers, Kique! x)

I feel sorry for rogio this is like when ranach first brought Ronja into the tribe and he thought it was going to be just them...what about rogio doesn’t he count for something

Roamer doesn't know yet that Ronja chose to mate with Ranach herself, maybe he thinks she was abused and used against her will, thus making him feel guilty, like he's obligated to stay with her? It's nice he wants to put his family first this time, but I have a feeling it's going to hurt him eventually as he feels the need to roam and travel. Anyway, love this page and all their expressions <3

Uh oh. I hope Roamer doesn’t blame Rogio for not telling him about Ronja’s... condition. After all, he couldn’t have known what Ranach and Ronja did outside of Meteor walls, and for all he knew, what he told Roamer *was* the truth; he probably did believe that Ranach only tried to get close to Ronja that one time, when she spurned his advances. At any rate, looks like Roamer and Rogio need to have a talk... and maybe Rogio and Ronja should talk too, for that matter. I can actually see both Roamer and Rogio deciding to stay with the Meteor Tribe; after all, it is no longer the cruel, selfish tribe that Rogio once knew, and it’s clear that he is both loved and respected there... staying there would probably still stir up bad memories, however... not to mention the constant threat of Ranach and Ulfr, who are, no doubt, lurking nearby. Whatever the case, things are definitely getting even more interesting, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

God Roamer's eyes say so much in the two panels before last, the emotion is so strong and I feel it like a blow to the chest. Somehow I'm surprised at his reaction, but not in a bad way, and it seems like he's making it clear to Rogio that he won't leave his family for him. I can't help but cheer for Roamer in this, but I don't think that'll be a problem for Rogio anyway. I can totally see him leaving Aedra with Roamer if it comes to that.

I was thinking about that too but it is kind of difficult to tell where Roamer is looking. Roamer definitely looks mad in those two panels and it would make sense if Roamer was trying to convey an emotion toward Rogio. I hope Roamer will be level headed enough to listen to Rogio say he had no idea she was bred because it is the truth.

Aww, poor Roamer...from his expression in the last panels it looks like he's internally blaming himself again like he did back when he was talking with Rogio... he regretted stopping looking for her, and now he feels guilty all over again now he sees her pregnant and alone, no doubt he feels terrible about it... hopefully Rogio can cheer him up and help Ronja out with his meteor experience, he's definitely got his work cut out for him xD

Rogio said him recently, that Ranach didn't seem to touch Ronja... and now he can see that she's pregnant - maybe that's why Roamer is looking at Rogio like that?

Ronja and Roamer only have eachother from the Asmundr pack. By how things seem to be, woof course Roamer's not leaving. His look at Rogio when saying he'll never leave Ronja... Could be that I guess he saw the belly of hers, and guessed pregnant. I'm exited to know what's coming next. ^^

I knew he would stay. He had no reason to go back to Kargo after all the lies. I hope he doesn't take his guilt and responsibly over finding his own happiness though. Looks that way however. Hopefully, Rogio will be patient with him.

Well, I didn't quite expect that reaction from Roamer but he's definitely not going to be leaving her side any time soon. Poor Rogio though, hope it doesn't get in the way of their relationship though it might come to that point that Roamer may have to choose... I get the feeling that we had a small breather before shit goes down again ;^; Is it just me or does it seem Roamer wants to almost cry?
