I try to come up with poses that will enhance the emotions that are present in the page, or sometimes I add a more unique perspective if it's a page that is heavily based on dialogue, to make the page less predicable to look at. I don't think I've used any certain tools though. I often just come up with the perspective and pose in my head and try to make it work by looking at various references, sometimes I look at my own dog from that perspective to try and see how I should draw. A view straight from the top and down used to be pretty difficult, but in recent months I've gotten more comfortable with those and no longer need help from references. One of the pespectives that still gives me a lot of trouble are the ones looking from the ground and up. Facial expressions is something I've sought to improve over the years, and I've found a lot of help and resources from an artist called Aaron Blaise. I highly recommend watching his videos and walkthroughs, a lot of them are free to watch on youtube and if you want more complete lessons you can find them at his site, most of them are fairly cheap <a href="https://creatureartteacher.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://creatureartteacher.com/</a>

You draw a great variety of perspectives, postures, and facial expressions, and there are examples of this variation even really on, like when Kainan goes through a portal. It seemed like you really tried to include unique perspectives throughout. What ways and tools did you use to learn to draw these perspectives and perspectives, and which aspects were more difficult than others? Are there any you feel like you struggle with more than others?

None of the dogs and cats that reside on Aedra came from another continent. Felidae looks very out of place in Whispervale because she's unrelated to any of the other tribe members, so she comes from another area within Aedra (:

Since there is other land masses besides Aedra on this planet, is there any dogs on Aedra that came from the other continents? Like how Felidae has very different markings from the rest, maybe there’s different cultures like how on our planet we have America and Africa - they’re vastly different and have different colorations and cultures?

Last question, I promise! x) Without you naming anyone involved, will there ever be another flashback scene, similar to when Ferah told Roamer the story of how she &amp; Kargo escaped and the other time when Kargo recounted the story of him and Isbel? Just a simple yes or no since I know you won't tell us who's involved. xP

Ask as much as you want! X) An Artisan can get help by others to apply their own paint, but it might not be reapplied as often as it does for the others, so an Artisan's paint can look more dull than the rest.

Another question i read on the wiki on Avanti it says the blood of the beast and the one who summons her will have a blood bond as lovers .. So does that mean if she were to see Ranach whom be the one that summond her to Adra would she not attack him what so ever, but actually treat him in a more none threatening manner? .. ((Of course before Fuss burned her shrine down))

Rogio does have the traits Ranach is attracted to. Rogio is dominant in the way that he was able to control Ranach's worst impulses, he knew how to handle him when he was upset or sad. And Rogio knew what he personally wanted, and was confident in himself, a thing Ranach lacks completely. Ranach is also attracted to those that makes himself feel good, and Rogio was empathic, soft, gentle and open hearted. As for Ronja, Ranach was never sexually attracted to her.

I read that ranach is attracted to assertive and dominant dogs all we’ve seen him wit is Ronja and rogio and neither of them had been any of that while they were tolerating him. So what attracted him to rogio and Ronja? Was it because he helped rogio when he first came and was it because it strictly to lure Ronja in to the meteor tribe?

1. They know only of Earth. 2. Can't quite answer this at the moment. 3. The rarest are the more complicated patterns such as langit, bengal etc. Those markings would be too difficult to replicate in multiple scenes and perspectives. 4. It is quite possible that they can get drunk-ish from rotten apples and such, and some plants may even have that effect as well ;) 5. Four or five is the usual amount for both canines and felines. 6. Can't answer for now. 7. They do moan like humans. 8. Yes but they are few and far in between.

I have a couple of more questions! 1. Do the inhabitants of Aedra know of other planets? Such as Earth itself? 2. Is there lots of the same kind of species as Father? In the bonus creation page awhile back of them recreating the Asmundr territory, there were multiple space ships. Is Father their leader? Do they help multiple planets? 3. What is the rarest coat / markings / coloration that can be seen on the canines and felines within Home? 4. Is there any way that some inhabitants have fun like getting tipsy off of rotten apples or hallucinating off of mushrooms, etc.? Perhaps even make their own remedies with different plants and liquids? 5. What’s usually the maximum amount of pups / cubs that the animals can have in Home? 6. Are there any cannibal or scary as hell tribes in Aedra? 7. When partners have intercourse with each other, do they moan and make noises like humans do? Or is it usually silent? 8. Is there wild canines and felines in Aedra? Like in Asmundr the Prairie Cats couldn’t talk and seemed primitive.

I'm not an expert, but I can imagine that an extremely sloping croup is detrimental to the stamina of the dog, same goes for a completely straight croup. Something I've gathered from the book "The illustrated standard of the german shepherd dog" by Linda J Shaw An african wild dog for example have a short but gently sloping croup, and they have incredible endurance.

Some characters may have helped them train in combat, but the females can also spar against each other. Yes.

Also, has Javo, Vigr, Fuss, Ronja, Rogio and Roamer help train the other females to fight and defend themselves? Or at least gave them some fighting tips? Do Alva and Galti know that Ronja and Roamer are from Earth as well?

1. A solid sexuality doesn't really exist for any character. They can fall in love or feel attracted to any gender as long as that character has the personality that they like. Ranach for example is attracted to dominant, masculine, assertive personalities, but a female can have those traits too, so it's not impossible for him to fall for a female even though he's only been shown with a male so far. 2. It is very hard for Ranach to feel empathy. If he does show emotion similar to empathy, it's often linked to his own feelings and how that character makes an impact on him. If he does something to help that character out, the core reason for him helping is to get himself feel better about the situation or gain whatever he needs from that character. 3. Croup refers to the top of the rump area. A croup often slopes a bit, turning downward instead of being perfectly straight as the rest of the back. A croup that is heavily sloping gives a dog more angulation in the rear than a slightly sloping croup. 4. None has been seen with dew claws on the hind feet yet but some dogs may have them, it's very rare in most breeds except for the Kingshall Hound. 5. Females weren't allowed ranks within the Meteor Tribe because of the way Arenak ruled, Ranach's father. Ever since Ronja took the lead, she changed their lifestyle to improve the life for everyone, including the females. 6. Both the Herbalist and Healer will have about the same knowledge when it comes to herbs, but the Healer will always stay with the tribe while the Herbalist will go out on long travels to collect the various herbs the tribe is in need of. Healers are often well rounded when it comes to healing the sick and wounded, while Herbalists may also know what herbs can be used to keep meat stored and fresh for a long period of time, how to craft poison and even how to summon malevolent spirits. 7. The most I've managed is one page every two days, but keeping that schedule has been hard ever since I've had to open up commissions. Some pages also take longer to complete if there are a lot of characters featured in the page, or if it has complicated backgrounds and details.

I haven’t noticed but do any of the dogs have dewclaws on their hind feet? 5. How did Fremja get warrior status? I didn’t think Meteor females were allowed to have such positions. 6. What is the difference between a herbalist and a healer? 7. I’ve just been wondering; you used to post pages almost every day but seem to have slowed down. May I ask the reason?

Only those with human intelligence stop aging. Other animals such as the wolpertinger have regular life cycles.

I reread the Whispervale parts again recently. Do Whispervale dogs give possible new members a crash course in reindeer behavior before their trial or are they expected to know how to behave like one? Though I bet it looks funny to watch the new ones come up with things since they most likely never saw a reindeer before^^

1. I have the designs set up, but it's possible that minor shape and placements of certain markings may change when it comes to actually drawing the characters in the pages. Sometimes I need to change a design if I realize I need an easier way of coloring them, or if something looks out of place when seen with the rest of the characters. 2. Never really thought of this XD But I guess to keep things neat and clean, they should probably go to a designated area to relieve themselves, especially if they live inside a wall or a small territory. 3. Aedra isn't the only land mass on that planet. 4. No, all cat and dog breeds speak the same norse language. 5. Night beasts never rest once they are risen after sundown. Then they are on a constant hunt and in pain from their wounds. As soon as the sun goes up they vanish back to their graves. They don't have to eat to stay alive. Can't answer the last question. 6. Can't answer right now.

1. Rogio has been given some rest from the nightmares, but he's not safe from them yet. 2. They're good friends, not as close as maybe Keirr and Zilas was, but they care for each other. 3. Can't answer this yet. 4. Hmm, maybe? I guess Roamer is kinda his type, but he's not as assertive as someone like Kainan for example, and Ranach craves a leader or someone that can control him.

Asmundr wasn't very well planned, lots of the script was unfinished except for the major ones leading up tp the end. I learned my lesson with Home, so each plot points are all written and planned out along with the timelime of when it happens.

1. Do you have the set designs for Ronja’s pups? I know you posted awhile ago the winning designs, but I’m curious if you’ve changed them at all or if more were added? 2. Where do characters go to the bathroom? I don’t think anyone has really acknowledged this, and I’m very curious! Do they have set places like a bathroom area to defecate and urinate, or do they just go wherever freely? 3. Is Aedra just a small part of the world that these dogs are on, or is it the only land mass on that planet? If there’s more, will we ever see them? 4. Is there any tribes on Aedra that speak their own language and can’t understand the other tribes? 5. Do Nightbeasts ever sleep or rest? Do they have to eat to stay alive? Can they be killed? If so, when a Nightbeast dies, is that the end of them or does the cycle continue? 6. Is there any other creatures besides the dogs and lions that they can understand and talk to?

Maybe you can't answer but has Rogio still his nightmares and will they come back in form of the nightbeast Rogio? How is Keirrs and Jahlas relationship? We know Rhov and Jahla are mostly supportive and teasing, but I always was wondering how his brothers and her relation ship might be. Is father trying to get rid of the humans or trying to help them to break free from the green ones influence? You once said types like Rogio and Kainan are Ranachs "typ", count that persons like Roamer in as well? You can never know with Ranach ^^

When you started Asmundr Comic, how much of the story was prewritten? (Including up to Home)? Or is all of this prewritten right from the start :O ?

Does Vigr actually respect Ronja more since she accepted his idea and actually took him into account instead of just telling him off? Im really starting to like Vigr and i really hope he will be in the spotlight more often.

1. I haven't really thought about it. I'm a bit surprised I think that I'm almost at that number where my first comic ended, but I'm very grateful that I've come this far, all thanks to the support since this comic wouldn't get anywhere without it. 2. We're getting close to the finale, just a few more events left. 3. I allow fan-fictions of either comics, as long as the creator doesn't earn a profit/money from it, and they leave credit. Characters from the comics can be used. 4. I'm not sure. I feel like most characters get their fair share of love. 5. I can't really pick X) I love them all, but the ones I enjoy to write and draw the most must be Roamer, Jahla and Ranach. 6. I think that would only work with the ones that are born on Aedra, as the months and time is different there than on Earth. The ones that will for sure have their birthdays written up are Akleja (hers is already written on the character page) and Ronja's pups. 7. It's never really been a huge thing for the dogs and cats of Asmundr and Home to celebrate their birthdays, but some tribes may have certain events linked to a birthday, like a trial or rite of passage.

This month I have a few questions c;&lt; - How do you feel about the 420 pages? It's almost the amonth of pages of the whole Asmundr comic after all! - Will this chapiter is at his end, or still not? It's a long chapiter xD ~ - I'm curious to know if you are okay for people to do they own comic/fan comic in the world of Home/Asmundr? If yes, are you okay for people to use your characters for some scenes (not as main)? - Who is your character that you think don't have enought love from the public? xD - Who is your favorite character? ~ - More like a suggestion but, could be kinda fun to have the birthday date of the characters in they wikia (with Aedra months maybe?) that could make some fun things! - Talking about birthdays, as they know about months and days, do they feast they birthday, or know about it, or even care about it? Sorry for all the questions! xD
