As I talked about it in the discord... Let's ask it here! xDD Do all cursed beast are unable to talk? Or is there a certain kind that can? Or like a rare exception like for some animals? I'm also curious to know if it's possible for a pup to be cursed? ~ Also, do a cursed beast look always the same if cursed by a same spirit (like the one that cursed Aira will make an another dog look like Aira if they request power?) or does each cursed beast, even if cursed by the same spirit, will look a different way? Can a cursed beast be a kind of "werewolf"? so, something like normal dog the day, and beast at night?

I’m curious, can aedra dogs be allowed to join asmundr pack? For example if rogio decides to stay wit roamer permanently will they be able to? How would they go about doin that?

I didn't read any comics before I started Asmundr and barely have since then. It's not that I'm not interested, I just end up forgetting to check back on them and being too busy with my own. What made me want to start comics though was the series Ginga Nagareboshi Gin that I watched as a young kid. I recorded each episode they showed on tv on my VHS tapes XD That was the foundation when I decided I wanted to create a comic, and what inspired me to finally do it was my other interests, that being intelligent canines and felines, drama, the supernatural/folklore and finally my interest in the ancient astronaut theory,

1. I will complete the next guide soon, I just got busy with the commissions so I won't be able to post it this month. 2. I haven't thought about it as it hasn't really been requested, but I will look into creating some soon (: 3. Most of the day and night as I don't sleep much anymore, I take a few breaks in between though by playing a game, watching a movie or spending some time with the dog. 1. The focused cast will be Rhov, Jahla, Ferah and Kargo. The one I'm the most excited about is Rhov 2. I will be taking a few days break after this next page is posted, then get back to work next month and finish the remaining pages of this chapter. During the break I will finish off the remaining design requests and some other things if I have the energy. 3. Whispervale is my current favorite active tribe, and further ahead I think I'll really enjoy Shiverfall as I've been longing to draw felines. 4. Hints of the relationship starting to grow will occur in the next chapter. 5. Yes! It's something I'm looking forward to but I've been busy with completing the genetics and character pages. 6. I would hate to see any of the main cast killed as I've spent a lot of time with them and have grown attached to them all, but a death occuring at some point is unavoidable. I actually would hate to kill off Ranach X) I've grown real fond of him as he's one of my most intricate characters I've ever created. He's incredibly unpredictable and complicated, and to understand him one must really pay attention to his actions and everything he says. He is cruel and hard to like at times, but then he has these short moments where he reveals that he's vulnerable, confused and scared.

What other comics inspired you to create your own? If you weren't inspired by any comic, what did inspire you to make Asmundr?

Some art questions. :) 1. You released part one of the anatomy guide about a month ago and said that a second one would come in the following month (this month), will it come out? 2. Do you think you'll ever do more tutorials on how to do other things? Drawing fur, landscapes, coloring, etc. 3. On average, how much time do you spend drawing per day? And some other questions. :) 3. What character focus are you most excited for in the next chapter? (as a refresher, can you tell me who will be focused characters?) 4. I'm assuming the end of this chapter is coming. Do you think you'll be taking a break in between this chapter and the next? Or will you be doing something else to substitute the time between? Adopts? Bonus pages? 5. Do you have a current favorite tribe, even one we might not know about yet? If it's a tribe we know, can you explain why? I understand that you won't be able to explain why you like a tribe we haven't seen yet if that's the case. ;) 6. I don't want to question too much about the love interest, but if you can answer this... when will the love interest happen? In this chapter, or the next one? 7. I think I've asked this before, but I'll ask again in case. On the wiki, do you think you'll ever do an illustration of all of the constellations in the sky that are visible and their meanings? 8. What main/important character would you hate to see get killed off in the comic, and what character would you not mind getting killed off in the comic (not counting Ranach ofc, since we all want him dead... Man, re-reading the comic really does make you question things you might have skipped the first time, sorry for the constant asking haha. But on page 291, Roamer refers to Ronja if she had also died? Or did I just misinterpret that? If so, I do feel he wasn't too affected so I was hoping you could elaborate on that ^^

I don't regret them as it's a death that has been planned for a long time, but I can miss the characters either because they were fun to draw or had a interesting personality. I regret not giving Zilas much time though before killing him off. That would be something I would edit if I ever go back to remake the first few chapters. Main character deaths will always hit me harder than minor character deaths, since I spent more time with those characters

Your artwork is truly stunning and your lining technique is amazing. After watching the videos you have available, I've learned quite a bit. However, do you think you'll ever do instructional videos - like tutorials with a voice over?

It's common in Aedra but mostly in the south. Ranach had never seen or heard of that breed because the MT has been pretty sheltered, while other tribes interact with each other a lot.

On the Home Wiki, the Taiga Gazal is labeled as common. Is that based on Adrea alone? And was Ronja the first one of her kind that Ranach saw/heard of it because of his relation to the MT? He had said that he'd never heard of it before. Is that because Ranach has never really gone to other tribes or past the MT borders (outer)?

1. No, he was just mentally attacking him to throw him off. 2. He did whatever the Jarl told him to, without feeling much remorse or guilt, including rape. 3. A commission is when you pay an artist to draw something for you. The artist may have certain guidelines on what can be requested. If you're wondering about my commissions, they are currently closed except for the monthly design that you can request as a $15 pledger. 4. Yes. 5. Revenge is all he can think about right now. He wants everyone who betrayed him dead. 6. None. His longing for his mother were destroyed as a young pup from the mental and physical abuse his father gave him. Details of this will be seen in the pages eventually. 7. He was told to and obeyed his father, but it was the same situation with him, he had no attachments to her. 8. He does love him, but Ranach always has himself in mind, no matter what it may be. He loved the way Rogio made him feel, the way his love helped him and gave him what he needed. 9. Inbreeding isn't too uncommon, at least not within a couple of generations. It may happen for various reasons, though for Fraujar's tribe it was because no other unrelated female was available. 10. It's controlled to make sure that they don't breed themselves into a corner. 11. I will if I can find it again, it's on dA somewhere. 12. Looks like a lot of us still have a lot of love to the Asmundr cast Cx Out of curiosity that while you have said we'll be seeing someone like Kainan, is there a possibility down the line that they will meet again with their pups and other residents of Adrea? Not so much of the S.S but more like if Rogio and Roamer ended up becoming mates and they know where the Asmundr pack is, that they would interact, etc? They may no longer be the main cast but it'd be nice to see them here and there as well as meeting others ^^

They would certainly look and act differently from what the Asmundr pack is used to since they have been through so much. It would probably take a while for them to learn who they are today, but they would still be a loved member of the family

That's exactly the point where Roamer began to realize it, when Kargo said Rogio only wished to get back in bed with Ranach. That look Roamer gives in that page, looking over his shoulder with a troubled expression, that's him thinking back to the things Rogio had told him.

I had this on my mind for a while now and I gotta ask...Will the Home characters and Asmundr characters seem like strangers if they meet again? Roamer and Ronja have both been through hell and the amount of death, well...I know the Asmundr characters have no idea whats going on and it would probably break them to see the changd thats occured with their offspring. The night beasts, the Meteor Tribes harsh conditions and even just "infinate life" after the lives they lived. I dont know, I just kinda hope well see an impact or some sort of acknowledgement from the Asmundr tribe in the long run.

As I'm myself trying to creat a comic, possibly xD I'm kinda curious to know; when you first started to write the script/plot, how long does it take? Had you all informations alredy writed (the beguining, main and minor plots, the end?) Had you all characters in mind alredy (minor and main)? Or does it come slowly with time and you just and you just had the main plot more or less writed? Do you write the details (what happen in a scene, or talking in some scenes, ect) or it comes when you are drawing it? Any advice/tutorial you have in mind for someone thinking about starting they own comic? ~

I might ask more later on because I thought of questions earlier this month, but for some reason I can only remember one. Why didn’t Roamer realize Ranach was the toxic partner he had sooner? Kargo mentioned something about Rogio wanting to use him to “get back in bed” with Ranach. Which obviously isn’t true - but it hinted that they were in a relationship previously. Did he just not believe Kargo? That would be understandable considering he kept a huge secret from him, but I was wondering if there was another reason? He only said he started “putting the pieces together” on the way back from Midnightgarde. (So maybe he was just considering the possibility after Kargo mentioned them having a relationship?) Lol the answer might be obvious or not as complex as I’m making it, so sorry in advance if that’s the case.

Who is the oldest dog in Home? They don't age but yet it's a pretty aggressive world. Is there a character out there, even yet to be revealed, that is impressively old?

1. I think Avanti, she's not as strong as beast Aira but she's faster and more cunning. 2. They don't know if burning bodies prevents one from turning into a ghoul as there has been no proof of that yet, it's only wishful thinking. Other tribes resent the idea of cremation because burying their dead has been their tradition for ages, just like how it is for the Asmundr pack. 3. Ranach would be a lot happier if they were males yes X)

1. I base it off realism first and try to come up with a unique twist to it to make the character stand out or enhance their traits. 2. Both comics are very much based on reality, real emotions and questions that I got inspired and curious to explore. And then of course I must think of various plotlines that gives a lot of drama and action

Since males were bred to almost every female to increase the chances of producing pups, they pups rarely knew who their parents were. They could only go by who they looked like. I wanted to let Ronja give the tribe a new look to signify the change, as well as try new designs that worked better.

Ulfr didn't like it when Rogio was going to be killed as he felt very loyal to all males of the tribe. Savas and Ranach were very close, they often hung out and did their tasks together. Arenak wasn't affectionate towards anyone, his only focus was on the tribe. Kargo was a Shepherd because he was too disobedient to earn anything higher.

Who would win in a fight: Beast Aira or Avanti and why? I've been wondering that for awhile. You made a post awhile ago showing designs for Ronja's pups. How would Ranach feel if he found out they were all female? I imagine he would have a preference for male offspring, but would he really care?

I actually wonder how the connections between the MT males were before Rogio killed the old Jarl! We do know Fuss and Rogio were close and seemly Ferah/Kargo were kinda his close friends too, as Kargo talked like they were some sort of best friends. But what's with, let's say, Ulfr who looked very sad when they left Rogio for the beasts. Same goes with Savas, as he clearly was close to Ranach, while Ranach was close to Rogio etc. Had Arenak affection for anyone? Like, maybe a sibling? Or was everything just about himself and his tribe? Why was Kargo a shepherd? One would think with his abilities, he would be chosen to be a guard or warrior.

Another question, what role do the caretakers take on when there are no pups to care for at the time, and non for the foreseable future? Do they assist the artisans? Or do they take on a secondary role?

Part of the reason why the litters are often very small is like you said, to avoid having too many characters, and the other part is because it's very rare for these dog breeds to have large litter if it's their first, and most characters choose not to have more than one litter. One of the reasons for that may be to make sure that the tribe doesn't encounter the problem with lack of food for everyone. It could also just be a personal choice done by the characters, or a rule/guideline within the tribe. More than 5 puppies in a litter rarely happens. If a litter of a massive size were to be born, it would put a lot of strain on the tribe as they would have to make sure they have enough food for the mother, caretakers to help with the pups, herbs and other supplies stacked if they were ever to be needed etc. A lot of the pups from a litter of that size would most likely disperse and join other tribes. Tribes can also request for allies to take the pups in.

While I chalk this up to making sure the story isn't flooded with too many characters, is it relatively normal for dogs in this universe to have relatively small litter sizes, in contrast to some dog litters irl that can have like 5-8 puppies on average? Is it attributed to them living "in the wild" as opposed to having alien grade shelter and healthcare(humans and veterinarians)? Would one of those legendary monster litters that happen rarely (14-18ish not like the world record 24 that required a C-section) ever be possible? And just for fun, if a female one day gave birth to a litter that large in one of the tribes, what would happen? To take into account the fact that they're accommodating what amounts to another small tribe population in their borders within a year do they have to redistribute food? How would the pups be looked after? Or would it be necessary to force the parents to redistribute a number of their pups to the surrounding tribes for the sake of maintaining balance of food? Its fun to speculate ^^
