New Tendency system
Added 2024-05-22 17:13:47 +0000 UTCI'm currently working on a new Tendency system, to replace the current variables that would add to much work, and too many issues.
Basically, with the new system, the current content will determine a "relationship tendency" between three options:
Balanced (the current route): Laura sleeps with other men because you like it, but also because she enjoys it too,
MC is Dominant: Laura enjoys sleeping with other men, but she does it because you encourage her to, she is your personal slut, and you are the one corrupting her,
MC is Submissive: while you both enjoy the kink, you like being (lightly) humiliated, as Laura fucks with men that bring her things you cannot.
The story will mainly progress the same way between these three "routes", but the way events are resolved may vary (for example, the new chapter presents the MC with a choice, except if he's Submissive: Laura chooses for herself).
My main goal was to keep Laura as an independent character, that is not exclusively a vector for the player's choices. She's an individual that won't change from a character to another completely different one because of your answers. As the game progresses, the differences between each routes may increase, as you both get comfortable with your lifestyle, with completely different endings in the end.
Important note though: the system to determine your tendency will not be in the next version, because I want people to try the result before implementing it. It will be replaced by a simple toggle in the menus to determine what tendency you want.

I also like the idea of keeping the system simple and clear. I find that some games like Wife Phone get unnecessarily complex, to the detriment of the narrative and the game's playfulness. It's good to make it simpler and clearer, I think! And in relation to a previous comment, I agree that I think it's cool that it remains something shared. That's not to say it can't get spicy and risquรฉ with submission and humiliation (see some harder practices like femdom, cum-eating etc), in the road where the MC is submissive, but basically it remains a consensual thing and that's cool. It reminds me of the dynamic of The Adventurous Couple game. In any case, good luck with the rest of the dev, I think your narrative is cool, the dynamics of the different characters are cool, the writing is good, it doesn't feel forced like in some other games, it's neither too fast nor too slow, in short, very nice! PS: Sorry for my bad English, it's not my mother tongue ahah.

I dislike the 'my husband just isn't doing it for me because he's got a microdick and makes no effort to let me enjoy it so I'm going to get myself porked by the next black bull that I find' scenario. I dislike the blackmail shite. I honestly struggle with games like A Wife's Phone, A Wife's Life, etc. where the manipulation comes from an outsider. I am, however, a big fan of netorase (in my view Control App and Puppeteering fall, at least partially, into that category). I like the fact that you plan to give the player a choice - consensual, dominant or submissive. Keep up the brilliant work and all power to your elbow.

2024-05-22 18:18:18 +0000 UTCFrom other NTR games (especially phone based ones like a Wife's Phone or Wife Control App or Latina Housewife) I like when the wife/gf or what have you thinks she's "cheating" but she is being manipulated into it. I'd like to see a version where Laura "chooses" for herself like in the submissive route somewhat outlines but in reality she's being unknowingly manipulated into it by the MC. Somehow he is contriving the situation without her realising.
