This whole thing started because MC wanted to see his girl with another man, and I think that is a core dynamic of the game. I can see the dynamics evolving to include more than just that, but I don't see it departing from that without either disappointing fans or doubling development efforts. A "Good" ending is also an incredibly subjective concept, and hopefully we are a long way from wrapping this story up.
