I don't know. I still don't think that lie was that severe. Yes, Kargo knew Ronja was there and that she had a (platonic) relationship with Roamer but she didn't look abused or unhealthy and she called the guard on them. Kargo has only known death and suffering and after such an escape did not want to go back. They all agreed to say nothing but it seems like Kargo got all of the heat for it. Then he did tell the truth. Roamer was understanding about the baggage Rogio had so I'm not sure why it was so different with Kargo.

If Kargo wants to go ahead and finish off Ranach then please go ahead lol Poor Ferah though but i must say Kique, each time you draw her she looks even more beautiful. The way the wind plays in her fur is amazing and love Fjordor's surprised expression and that even an old dog like him doesn´ t know all answers

I dunno, I find it natural to spend some time alone, thinking and yeah, suffering after a break up (instead of instantly jumping into something new, to be honest). So I totally understand Kargo here. I don't think he will evolve into a ruthless killer like some suspected on earlier pages and I would destroy all the development we saw with him, cause unlike Roamers awful words (dont get me wrong, I am sure he didn't really mean it, you know, people say awful things to each other when they are stressed and both, Roamer and Kargo, really did), he DID develop a lot. Beside...he cried when he had to kill his brother, despite there was no other way and he betrayed both of them really hard and really cruel, but although he clearly was an enemy, Kargo didn't want to. He always was loyal to the ones he loved if he could, so I see him rather being rude to everyone and keeping for himself, maybe searching for someone he can fight with. I really want someone else for him (Lover, new buddy, little brother/sister, someone old he rescued from the MT back in the days, whatever), if Roamer can move on that quick, I hope for him he could as well. But I do feel Kargo will keep that feeling a bit longer, he's older then Roamer and I feel, was more serious with the relationship than Roamer (being young and naive, in a way) was. Ferah is incredible beautiful here though. The first panel is amazing, it totally fits her feelings. It also i nice of Fjordor to comforting her, she really needs it, as she's alone now. Kargo and Ferah never were apart for long since they fled the MT. I feel so sorry for them. Yes, they kept the secret (or rather, Kargo was forced to from Ferah and possible Rogio) and it was wrong, but seeing how Rhov and Jahla also did for similar reasons, I can't help but understand it. Roamer was reckless back then, he has grown, but back then, not that much. His self reflection started after that, when he even admitted he is kinda a hypocrite to be angry at them for hiding the truth, when in fact he did the same with Ronja towards the pack/her father.Kargo and Ferah always got the short stick, Roamer having new lover, Jahla having part of her family back, Rhov finding not only a new friend who's covering for him but also a new job and so one...the only thing they got was at least Fjordor, but their best friend left them/Kargo lost a lover who got together with his former close friend. Meh. Hopefully this chapter will bring something good for both of them, they deserves it so so much.

He must have really flipped his lid to go off alone. With how close he and Ferah are he must have basically told her to stay. Lot of heartache to go around that's fore sure.

So Kargo's been gone ever since Roamer said goodbye to him and Ferah? Gosh he must be feeling lower than dirt, but can you blame Roamer for leaving and breaking up with Kargo when both him and Ferah are guilty of keeping Ronja's whereabouts a secret for so long? If they had told Roamer sooner, they wouldn't be in this mess, and Kargo wouldn't be doing this to punish himself. I have a sneaking suspicion that in his anger in the past he's slaughtered Meteor Tribe members... I dunno which thought scares me the most. Unless I'm mistaken and he's gathering herbs but is spending a longer time away just to gather his thoughts.
