from the change in character that Kique shows Brilliantly Kargo is afraid (almost like a ptsd episode maybe?) and he lashes out to defend himself, you can see the change in the pupil from this page to the last and whilst I get why people are saying this is wrong when all hes ever been doing is looking after him and Ferah from the meteor tribe and then ferah falling messed him up more I think Its not at all wrong that there is going to be triggers for the poor guy

I'm shocked๐Ÿ˜ฑwhat's wrong with him๐Ÿ™ˆthis could'nt be a good sign...

Nothing justifies this. That said, I don't hate Kargo, and I hope he is able to heal. But that also doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished in some form. I hope he can be rehabilitated, but it will all depend on his reaction after the deaths of these two. If he regrets his actions, he can potentially change for the better. If he doesn't, well, he's got a long way to go and it's possible he may go down a much darker path.

I think it would be cool if Keirr and Raun went to collect new caribou (reindeer?) antlers

Eliza Rutledge

It reminds me of Kargos attack during the second outbreak from the MT (page 176). Quite an improvement, very nice <3

HareHart

He does, he's just wearing armour

Spiritstrike

I actually think Kargo would make a really cool villain. Like I think it would be cool to see a character go from good to bad in a story, and see the steps that would take them there. I would also like it if he ends up becoming better though too. I like his character and I hope he doesn't die any time soon

Eliza Rutledge

I just realized that the shield is gone, after reading the page several times xD

So many questions :3 I really would like to know how Keirr got down to his former pack territory as it is a way's down. I don't recall if he did mention he had a pack but I would like maybe see a flashback or explanation of why he and Raun are quite a ways from the W.V tribe (but maybe for cattle reasons). I just hope that nothing happens to them as if he does harm either one, he definitely will be in deep shit and consequences are sure to follow no matter what.

Skittles

Kargo's reaaally starting to annoy me now lol

Emocje

Jeeze Kargo what the hell!

Morgran

I think the real question here is will Kargo recognize Keirr if he does come across him or vice versa...? If Roamer hasn't been there, Rhov would have been in trouble...

Skittles

People dislike Kargo even more after what he just did, but you know what? I believe that he had experienced a lot of shiet even after the main MT period, because in addition to PTSD he already got from there, he later stumbled upon the meteor dogs multiple times and each time they were trying to kill him ("kill or be killed" trigger). They burnt down his hut, took Ferah away from him, ended up chaining him up as well and he was forced to flee again (which IS a stressful action). + He had to fight with Aira ("kill or be killed" trigger once again). And in the end, the one he loved, left him (he doesn't analyze and understand it in a way we do ). Now, I don't say that Kargo is a poor angel with broken wings and all that (he surely could have behaved better and have made better choices, but keep in mind what kind of environment he grew up in and what influences it could cause), but when you are drowning in your past, when you don't know how to deal with it (and therefore you don't, because you have no clue how to) and when it continues to haunt you because you can't stop thinking about it , every little detail can pull the trigger. This time it was a weapon. I highly doubt that he WANTED to kill those guys. He just got triggered. You don't think when you are triggered. The anger is leading you. Kargo really has a big anger issues, BUT they didn't come from air or from a good life. Every problem has a root. Kargo doesn't know how to deal with that root and he has no one to show him how to deal with it. Yes, he could ask Fjordor for an advice, for example, but Kargo is not used to that. He also has a MT mentality grip on himself ("your burden is yours to carry alone" aka "you literally have no one to open up to"). He wasn't taught to ask for a help. The stressful situations he happened to be in (Aira, ambush for Ferah, made by Ralek, Savas ) taught him that killing is an effective way to solve a problem. His mind made a straight connection between killing and a result. His brain uses that thinking pattern to prevent further traumatic effects that could come and affect Kargo once again. Our mind is defensive as hell. But it never becomes defensive without a reason. I believe that his issues can be fixed if worked on and I really hope that somebody can help him with that.

Norwein

Raun do he not have a white stomick

Silverstar

Kargo briefly met him when Roamer brought Jahla, Rhov, Keirr and Zilas to live at the lonely village, right before Zilas was killed.

Yami

Does Kargo know who Keirr is?

Hmmm I have a feeling that Kargo and Keirr will cross paths, but Kargo snaps at a reminder of Roamer at seeing Keirr, and maybe Raun steps in and protects Keirr, getting killed by Kargo, or maybe even another getting killed. I donโ€™t really see an end to the bloodshed here. Kargo is still one of my favorite charcters but his recent choices are making me very uncomfortable with him...

harmony

Same. Kargos death would not upset me at this point. I just don't like him. But I've disliked him since the beginning though. These recent happenings only cement my dislike for him. It's official.

What the hell is going on in this comic! I am loyal fan for few years, but always only reading in silence, but now I must comment this. Sorry for possible mistakes, English isn't my native language. No I officially declare that Kargo is my most hated character in all Kique's universum. Seriously, some characters, like Ranach are bad or suspicious on same beginning and we used to that "oh, yes, this character is evil and we all know that", but watching such a terribly change from hot-tempered but good-hearted person to totally mad beast is shocking. I don't buy explains of his hard past, yes, he had been through hell, and the sight of the weapon similar to Meteors blade could alarm him, but this is no exuse to brutally killing someone without certainty of what intention he has. For example Ferah's fate in MT was so much worse, yet she could move on after all and still have faith in good things. Roamer was right about Kargo's character, he even don't want to change into better person, he stuck in his past and cares for his hatress and rage, he can't live without violence. This escalation of mad rage in Kargo case remind me a story of Joe Hill (son of Stephen King) - "Loaded" - a main character, a security guard, was very frustraded person, who killed innocent people by mistake during robbery, then killed witness of this situation and lied to become hero. When his version was disproved he end up brutally murdered his ex-wife and all her family and all members of newspaper office (when only one women was responsible for discovered the truth). I wonder where this madness will lead Kargo... I think in this really sick state of mind he could kill everyone, even Roamer or Ferah... Maybe it's unpopular opinion, but I would really hope for Kargo's death. I doubt that he could heal after all this shit he caused. The best option in my mind would be fight with Ranach (and Avanti) when they both killed each other. Two birds with one stone, it would be excellent, but I doubt it will happens of course. Oh, and I'm glad to see Keirr and Raun (it's him, am I right?), I missed them. And I really hope they will not meet Kargo ... Especially now, right beside two dead bodies. It could end up very badly (and again, similarity to the story which I mentioned before...). But I hope I'm totally wrong and maybe Kargo have a rest of common sense and he realizes what he had done and will regret his behaviour. But still, I don't mind his death.

Syria_Black

What I fear most about their possible meeting is that (if Kargo remembers him) Keirr will remind him of Roamer, which I doubt is a good thing at the moment...

Yami

Cool motive, still murder.

i l e a

I get Kargo has PTSD and super upset from the breakup... but you know. Murder is still murder

Midnyte121

Killing MT dogs in order to escape a shitty and abusive place, and to keep yourself hidden so you're not found and taken back there; understandable. Killing a bear for it's coat, and possibly to blow off some steam after your ex left you; morally wrong, but at least you're not hurting those you love. Killing two random traders because you had a flashback on someone using a similar weapon on you in the past, that the trader didn't even have time to TOUCH so it wasn't 100% sure if they were even going to attack you in the first place: Wrong. Kargo needs to be taken and locked away before other innocent people die because of his paranoia. (Tho small part of this is the trader's own fault. Kargo was clearly aggressive and not willing to talk, let alone trade. They should have left when they had a chance.) I wonder if Kierr is going to just see a bloody murder-scene, or get a sight of Kargo. And if he does, what will he do? Will they inform the Solar Stag or the Matriarch? Will they go to Midnightgarde to tell Fjordor and Ferah what they saw? Will they try to catch Kargo themselves? This will be interesting to say the least...

Taibu

He's become such a monster.. damn

LC

Feel bad for the traders they had no clue, Kargo def. Lost it that certain type of weapon sent him into a frenzy. I am assuming Kierr and Kargos paths will be crossed hopefully Kargo will get whats coming to him, if not it may seem his presence will be missed just by a hair and Kierr will come upon the blood shed and burry the two traders.

VonTriggers

I knew it was Keirr in the preview!! Haha

LadyBuggin

Keiir and Raun are a ways away from home, I wonder if Keiir got permission to travel with a buddy to try and find clues about his family. :o I wonder how this interaction is going to go, if they even see Kargo when they get there. I feel like he's the type to grab his own stuff and run, not take time to steal what they have since he has a tribe who is doing well to go back to, not one that is struggling to make ends meet.

Farvardin

Kargo just stahp! Enough crazyness! '^' Good to see Keirr again :3

Kitty

the third panel, the way the eyes are drawn and the maw, itยด s terrifying yet beautiful. What a crazed look, poor Kargo...

Aerophoinix

Bet Kargo's gonna lie. ๐Ÿ™„ Smh. He better not lay a tooth on Kierr or Raun!

Oh my, Kargo, I absolutely get what triggered you, but please, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, gather your senses, child ...

Norwein

I was kinda of same thoughts XD No matter as a friend pair or lover pair XD

Tora Collita

Keirr's still got Zilas' rope collar! :(

Spiritstrike

oh man. That gave me a flash back to GDW.

Celosese

Lol.. am I the only one who things Raun and Keirr would ve a cute pair.....no? Yes? XD

WolfieYote

I hope Keirr will talk or show some sense into Kargo. He killed 2 innocent traders. It wasnt okay.

WolfieYote

Keirr is back? Well this is a surprise! Wasn't expecting him to be part of the chapter, but its been a long time since he was last seen. Seems like he's adjusted well to Whispervale Tribe life.

Spiritstrike

It IS Keirr,! Poor Foxpaws... That pleading... T_T Wonder what the Traders real names was... Nice to see Raun as well though. ^^ Dang Kargo! You are not on my fave list, that's for sure!

Tora Collita

It really was Keirr! :D This just took a very interesting turn, with him being so close to Kargo... It's nice to see Keirr back on track, trying to find out where his family vanished to

Yami

Now I really hope someone will rip Kargoโ€™s balls off! Bloody Bastard!
