He's been dead for about one and a half months I think and that's also my concern... even if he's untouched by scavengers or other Aedra creatures that have interest in dead bodies, I don't think it's something I'm looking forward to watch Keirr experience.

I'm excited for Keirr to possibly reunite with Ronja and Roamer. But worried about Avanti. Also, how long has Zilas been dead? Is there still a body to burn? What's to say scavengers haven't gotten to it?

Glad to see they’ve all worked out a plan in order to tamper with nature, but while I would want Zilas to be brought back something else much more sinister than Ghouls might be lurking: I hope y’all ain’t forgot about Avantì. She is still on the hunt for anyone around the MT’s territory per “her lover’s” request. If the ghouls don’t end up murdering on of them, she will. Also, what if in order to even get him back, someone will have die anyway? I’m playing Devil’s Advocate because nothing good could possibly come from tampering with the forces of life and death. It should not be that easy without long term consequences.

Marduk once said that he and the other gods didn't know about the ghouls, that it's a "new" discovery to them. New to the gods though doesn't have to mean just a few years, since they might have known about this world for much longer than 31 years. And Felidae is a friend to Keirr and so wants to help him.

So we have one of the group heading back to meteor tribe land. GREAT! Now we only need Jahla and Rhov to head that way and we'll have the whole group together again.

So they did feed him, something I suspected earlier in the comic. Hum. Still wondering why the skygods lied/why father would put them there if he knew all that they would get if dying would be eternal pain and suffering. Would have been better to bring them to their own planet and have them dying of old age at one point, at least they would have been together with their gods and each other, while now, they are all shattered and suffer in one way or another. I believe the only one who wanted to be away from home is Roamer (who seems to be fine in this new world, really), but the rest wanted to stick with their family. Glad these three are there for Keirr though. I agree with Felidae and believe there will be dire consequences, I also wonder if Ranach will find them and finally act differently, charming once again to get them on his side, giving them false informations and something like that. I also wonder why Felidae would go with them. It makes sense in case of Aira who know the lands, was a part of the tribe and considered Keirr as family, Raun has a crush on him, which also makes sense, but her? But maybe it's more because she stick to Raun and Aira anyway.

I guess, Ronja burnt bodies of Fuss and Jonna in order to show respect for them, that they are as worthful as the higher ranks?

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, the low fertility is the curse or the part of the deal with Vesall? And Bródir was aware of this? I understand it so that Vesall took Bródir and his bloodline their fertility in exchange for possibility to avoid fate as ghouls after death (by burning bodies of deceased). And I wonder it's Vesall is responsible for changing deceased to beasts? If he have power to create a way to avoid ghoul fate what else he can do? Especially when Meteors "feed" him for years? But what kind of spirit is Eigfeigr, to whom prayed Ranach? He seems higher ranked than Vesall - spirit who decide of fate everyone. But now it looks like he still send everyone to misery - to Vesall (beacuse, far we know, every dog and cat change after death). So many question, this two spirits cooperate, they are enemies or one is higher than other? Or maybe all spirits on Aedra work regardless of one another? Aira said about opening gateway, I wonder if it is open all the time? And how is this range, when it would work? Only on Meteors land? I think so, that would explain why only MT burn bodies of their members (in addidtion only high placed) and for other dogs is strange habit (for example Roamer reaction was negative). And I wonder why Ronja decided to burn bodies of Fuss and Jonna, it was coincidence? That means they are really rest in peace, free from suffering in ghouls forms! And glad to see that Keirr gained such a good friends. But going to MT in that moment is not good idea, since Avanti prowling there. I wonder what will happen, Keirr and his new pack meet Ronja and Roamer? They will release Zilas's soul? I can't wait to see, I love this comic!

I think it’s brodir didn’t want his offspring turning into fouls so he made a deal with the spirit. Brodir had to burn their bodies to spare them from becoming fouls in exchange the spirit cursed the tribe with low fertility. Everyone was scared so they started making offering by giving him the dogs that were burdens to the tribe to sooth his wrath that’s how I read it at least

So, Brodir prayed to get his sons back (as ghouls?) but their burn bodies so no ghouls, and vesall not happy with this cursed his fertility? Not sure xD if someone can explain me plz

Well, at least he's not going to bargain directly with an evil spirit. It's something ^^" It's also interesting to hear that the MT was literally cursed with low fertility. Let's just hope the Meteors somehow won their war with Ranach and Avanti till Keirr's arrival. ...bringing Zilas there will be hard enough. It's been a while after all ._. ...anyway, I love this page. Keirr finally seems to realize he has true friends by his side.

With the weak fertility, the tribe has been forced to inbreed due to the small amounts of litters that has been born during these 30 years. Females that were successful in giving birth to a healthy litter, were bred to again using several males, and often the son to hopefully carry on that successful fertility.

Im not sure I fully understand the curse. Brodir and his line had their fertility cursed yet we have seen children and grandchildren, and, now with Ronjas pups, great grandchildren of Brodir. Also I fear this will come back on Ronjas pups in some way. Keirr doesn't realize he may be about to curse his own cousin and his future nieces/nephews :( great page btw, truly wonderful that Keirr has a family inside this pack.
