Probably because Ronja's collar is a gift to her by her adoptive father Johaan, made by himself. She's probably giving these collars as a similar gift to her daughters. Not to mention they might represent rank or tie them to Ronja's rank as she is the only one in Meteor Tribe currently wearing a collar? Either way it is a nice touch, having all the collars be different and unique to the wearer XD
