I'm gonna play the devil's advocate here for a minute. What they did was extreme for holding her hostage. But considering how she was treated by Flamegarde (Jarl Arunzu kept true to his word about placing blame), this is honestly a step up. Very rude welcome for sure, but at least this Jarl is listening to Rome in contrast to just looking to off a trespasser who frankly stole food from the tribe in the first place. I feel like Ravencrest is going to need some warming up and demonstration of quality ally material before their "no" turns to a "yes". Or at the very least an "eh, why not"

2020-01-21 19:57:39 +0000 UTCHmmm I can honestly say I'm not a fan of this new tribe. Rome seem's like a logical guy, I'm hoping that he helps Jahla get away from these crazy dogs. Considering they know she's an Ally of the capital and yet STILL are okay with holding her hostage; cuz let's face it, that's what's going on at this point, seems like thinking clearly isn't their strong suit. Not a wise decision, as this will surely reap some serious consequences on its own (Not sure it'll be worth it). Its so typical of a lot of behaviour you see when squabbles between groups of people, where the majority jumps to defend the side of the story they see/hear first without question and don't bother to not choose sides right off the bat before getting the other side first before passing judgment. (Its happened to me before in fact a few times). Its a toxic thing - Poor Jahla, all she wanted was to be friends and they go and do this. Such an extreme and vile way of doing things in my personal opinion. I'm glad that Rome is defending her and in a way I'm hoping he'll leave this tribe to follow her and become a member of Havenreach instead when this is all said and done.

The way he acts about all this. I like him already. The fact that he has a beard makes it even easier. I love dogs with fluffy muzzles <3 Also his shirt makes me smile. It looks like it was made for a Jaro, with the wider neckline because of all the fluff they got but he´s so slim and has shorter hair so it never fits right x)

That should show something right? If she was a cold blood murderer she would just fight to escape and not care if she dies trying. Romé has a level head in this situation and can’t wait to see where this goes.
