I agree, it seems like Rogio mainly became partners with Roamer because Roamer for some reason could distract him from his demons and problems that were always haunting him. For me, it felt like Rogio was craving another relationship days after Ranach left him instead of trying to heal and work on himself. I think him jumping on his friend's ex was a bad move. While they may have shared a moment getting with Roamer so fast wasn't a good step for him nor was it healthy one especially after seeing this page. Rogio just seems like someone who CANT be on his own, he has always been someone that needs somebody by his side or he'll crumble into a pile of dust if he doesn't have anyone. Back then I thought Rogio wasn't ready for a relationship and now I still feel the same way. He seems too "damage" right now and it's not up to Roamer or anyone else to "fix" him. So like you said, he seems in it for pity and self-preservation.

Low-key it kind of seems like Rogio entered this relationship as a way to escape his demons, literally and metaphorically. Not really out of a care for Roamer, but because sleeping with Roamer made him feel better and allowed him to rest without his nightmares for a while... Kargo at least tried to build Roamer up again after he lost confidence and wanted to change himself FOR Roamer. Rogio just seems in it for pity and self-preservation.

This page is amazing! I had wondered if we'd be seeing Ghoul Rogio again! Now we have, and its even more ghoul than it was before! That it threatens Ronja and the pups in his dreams is ominious! In relation, i absolutely love how you've portrayed teh lack of sleep and the stress upon rogios face!

Beast Rogio looks pretty cool. I wonder why he's going for Ronja and her pups in his dream? Could Rogio have some very deep hidden jealousy with Ronja still? Like it's very minor and subconscious that he wouldn't notice. I'm not sure, maybe a small part of him wanted what she had. To adopt a pup and raise it alongside Ranach or whatever. Like I've said in discord I don't think sex is a way for Rogio to temporarily push away his demons. He needs to talk about what's happening or he's going to go down his own path of self-destruction. Fjordor was right when he talked to Rogio and said that demons don't fade away, they'll grow stronger until you can't control them any longer. And Kuni has raised some good points about Rogio. He says he wants to change and to better himself and yet he still feels like the same guy. He keeps secrets from his partner and friends which will backfire and hurt both him and his friends and partner one day if he doesn't open up. I think Rogio needs to be by himself and face his demons. Roamer and his friends can offer him support yes, but if he wants to change he needs to start taking that first step. Roamer can't heal him and sex can't give him that temporary fix either if he wants to heal he'll have to work on himself. And yeah easier said than done, but no one said it'd be easy in the first place.

Man, Beast-Rogio is so gorgeous. It seems his transformation got worse and he's aiming for Ronjas/Ranachs pups. Is it because their father rejected him, would brought that fate onto him? Or is it because of the deal Ranach nearly made? Or just jealous? What's going on in your head, nightbeast Rogio? I am always on off with this character, I've to admit. Rogo had raised his tail, telling Kargo he tried to better himself, to be a better person then he was before...but did he? I think in the end, Kargo was right, not in a bad way though, as I don't hate Rogio and want the best for him (and hopefully a bit offtime from Romio, we had so much snuggeling and Sex with them already, we saw Roamer without Rogio a lot but we barely did with Rogio, which I would LOVE to see with other persons like Ferah, Rhov or whomever instead of always being touched by Roamer). But...he is kind of the same he was in the old MT? He never was really cruel to the females ofc and he won't search for females for the Jarl now and so on, but that the MT changed was not his accomplishment, it was Ronja, Fuss and the likes. In the old MT he didnt "do" anything to change a situation, and he didnt now too, which is why he is blaming himself (and stepped down from being a Baron?). Dont get me wrong, I do NOT blame him for not facing Ranach! I totally understand that and we dont know IF that would've changed anything, but he more or less said to Kargo he tries to better himself and I feel he...really didn't change that much? He still keeps his secrets and cant face his demons (which, again, I totally get and not blaming him for, just saying!). Fuss, Jonna, Kargo...it wasn't HIS fault, but maybe, if he would've faced Ranach, the outcome would've been different. But we'll never know. But this...if he still continue to keep his secrets, letting Roamer taking care of him sexually again and again in hope it'll just fade away...this time, he really could be the one to blame. If his beastform or whatever this other himself might be kill one of the pups or tribemember, even if he didnt want that, yeah, it kind of would be on him, cause he gave no warning, no explanation, nothing. He also know something is off, he already told Roamer, so there is that. I really hope we'll see a bit of self-exploration with Rogio, best without Roamer, cause I feel while Roamer has grown, Rogio kind of...hasn't. But that surely is to change soon.

At first when looking page fastly and saw a winged beast with black paws and head, i thought it was Kargo °^° Like Kargo coming to take Rogio with him in the ghoul world (even if technically not possible since Kargo get burned). Hm is he afraid to hurt Ronja and the little girls? Curious to see more Bat Rogio.

i saw parts of the sketch first while scrolling down and had like 4 heart attacks seeing something attack ronja and the pups and freaked the flip out and only then looked at the page properly my HEART. Also that sucks for Rogio, the dreams are back q.q that last panel is TERRIFYING.

I wonder what this nightmare meaning, is it manifestation of Rogio's fears or he's really possesed by something from that night when Ranach throw him to ghouls. And why Ronja and her pups? Poor Rogio, he may fear that he can be threat for them now. How long he will be pretend that everything is ok and suffering inside? And last panel is creepy as hell, I wonder is something bad will happen just now (I mean, this alter-ego is in reality and take control or something), or this is some kind of reminder that something is still wrong and even love can't fix everything.
