Thinking of the way Ranach stare at Iberon, I wonder if this could lead to intriguing character developments, but don't forget they are still bandits and Ranach hasn't reveal his intention yet, they could be a challenging opponents for our "main characters" in the future.

There's always usually one or two character groups I'm most interested in seeing pages for (Ronja always has a place because she's queen <3) and these have made me a lot more interested in following Ranach's story!

2020-05-12 21:51:38 +0000 UTCI'm very interested in seeing where Ranach's character is going to go, and how often he's gonna get his ass handed to him both verbally and physically, since that's the second time it's happened since he came to this tribe. He's so used to being the top dog (quite literally!) and bully that everyone is scared of. For example, for a long time, Meteor Tribe never knew when he would strike, and he became their boogeyman. Other tribes avoided Meteor Tribe while his father was in power, and when Ranach was leader, because of how terrible they were. He usually has the power to do what he wants, when he wants, and now we have several dogs who don't give a shit about that :P He has NO power here. Just look at that fifth panel and how he's cowering. Here in Southspear, nobody really gives a shit about him, and they don't care about his comfort. There's a first time for everything, I suppose! He's experiencing the real world outside his precious bubble, whereas before, he was allowed to boss others around and threaten them to get his way if they didn't agree with what he was doing. Hell, half the time he just had them killed. I'm really intrigued as to how this is gonna go for him, as well as what his plan was when he came to Southspear, and whether he can still make it come into fruition.
