Hailany'ma With Umbrella
Added 2017-09-16 20:30:33 +0000 UTCNow this was a fun commission to do; it was actually commissioned by my mother, who wanted me to do an invitation card for her sister, my aunt, who will be celebrating her 50th birthday soon. Looking through my gallery in search of what kind of theme she wanted for the card, she stopped at this older Inktober drawing from last year:

And asked if she could have the same thing, but coloured. I'm always happy to draw my own characters as commissions, and it gave me the opportunity to draw Hailan as a human again and see how much I've improved drawing humans since last year. Overall, I am very happy with the way this drawing came out! It encourages me to try drawing humans more often than I used to, and I plan on doing that soon.
