Okay now I'm wondering - if he can't feel heat or pain, can he feel pleasure? Will this become some unhealthy part of him that wants to have a physical relationship with someone, but can't feel the sensations and this breaks him again? :(

I don't think the guild would do that, but it would certainly be an interesting turn of events.

And I think it will be interesting to see how everyone else is going to react to Kargo, as well as how his current stage affects his life. I think Kargo is still liable for the murder of the traders? Wonder what would happen to him, as I don't think can't feel the pain means he is physically invincible xD

I very much personally do not feel he owes Rogio much of anything in the realm of guilt. I feel it'd be the reverse if anything, though being rescued (?) is a start. Here is to hoping for new beginnings, though I am sure from just seeing him not able to feel is going to hold some unforeseen further challenges and changes.
