Pretty sure he was almost the size of Kargo a few pages ago.

2024-08-10 13:26:48 +0000 UTCnormally I don't do predictions in comics or films but this time I do because in Ronjas case it is the most logical thing to do. Shiverfall - I think - wouldn't even decline because of Diarko but because Nordgarde proved to be open and loyal to cats because of Ronja and Kargo. Kargo saved Diarko by taking him in as a son. Ronja is also family to Rhov who is Feafs partner and maybe now a chance for a beginning of a new age by being the actual father of Feafs cubs/pups. We saw that the dogs of Aedra do not like to intervene with the nature the spirits created. Laminah seems to know or has the feeling that this threat won't do any good. By not knowing what is actually going on (the Story of Feaf and Rhov right now for example) this Baron is making a grave mistake. I am not sure about Jahla though. But I also can understand Faekas reaction. War will always split ppl even if they are on the same side. Some want to go to arms others want diplomacy. Some take it very personal and get emotional (like Faekas seems to be) while others are on the side to forget about their ego and want settle things without blood. Both sides often think their way is the better so I wouldn't be surpriesed if SS also is split in two parties on that matter.

2024-08-10 13:21:35 +0000 UTCsee, even threatening them like that shouldn’t work. because they’re not honest and NG knows that, as shown in this page. why would they believe that if even after all of this is over, SS won’t kill Kargo and take Diarko anyway? if I were Ronja, I’d rally up Shiverfall, Whispervale, and Jahla SO fast. threatening to take a tribe’s child(ren) for not working for you is a horrible look. totally a good way to get them to ally with you. 🙄

After all Ferah is on the page hearing this shit Keir is there too. Keir, Ronja and her daughters are family, Shared between the two tribes, same for Ferah Fremja and Inna. They all have blood relations in both tribes as does Alkja. Whispervale may well side with fam and lovers in this case. I’ve few doubts word this may reach Jahla too.

Rather he's all here acting quite a lot like the one that turned away Feaf and Rhov. Definitely the sort who’d kill for glowing paint. That said solar stag seems like they are facing internal personnel issues.

While I understand he was playing by the rules of this world, that Kargo actually did something wrong, and was trying to protect himself, Fjordor made this whole mess worse by snitching. I hope he’s nearby to say something. It’s the least he could do.

I don't say propaganda is right but Solar Stag should have listened to Ninmah... But that is the problem with getting to much power. At one point you start to abuse it. Ppl will go with it for a time. Maybe sometimes to long but at one point or another they snap out of it. We also saw how they handled requests of their allies. Solar Stag I mean. When the tribes wanted something to do about Southspear Solar Stag just sent a few BH ready that they may never come back as one of them did. What about the "reinforcements" Ronja would get from them? A caretaker and an artisan? The Solar Stag never intended to help the other tribes. As they did not even compensate with Flamegarde. Don't get me wrong I was happy Jahla didn't face the death penalty but giving her her own territory for seemingly no reason in the eyes of any dogs is like spitting Flamegarde in the face. They didn't even try to negociate and where just send off with "just mourn your dead pls". Yeah well... If you are homeless you know just buy a house. And that sent the first domino flying. They really created this mess on their own. And not only that Ninmah gave Jahla in turn the nearly impossible task to change the minds of the dogs all on her own. Well, not that this is impossible but in the state they are mentally in right now it is impossible without allies. The dogs of Solar Stag didn't even help Jahla on that. By maybe spreading the word that she poses no threat and it was just a sad misunderstanding. Oh and don't forget that the Feakas is stupid enough to think Ranach is getting his hide in danger now. He did back in the day when he attacked MT with Avanti but things didn't work out the way he thought for Avanti ran away in the middle of it. But he won't do that mistake again. So I don't think Kargo would get Ranach even if he wanted to. Ranach won't be stupid enough to stand right in the frontlines. It's the ones he uses who will die first.

The Solar Stag never gave two shits about the new MT, let alone the old MT, now the tribe has decreased in number only now do they attack because they feel superior because of their numbers.

He just got stopped in his tracks not even ferah made him hesitate when she was put in danger. I dnt think he'd be of much use not in this state of mind

I imagine that a SS contingent approaching the summit would get their attention. So... What if their scouts happen to be WATCHING this interaction? Also... Would be an interesting time for Iberon and Siq to hear all this yelling and find everyone.

I can't recall the name, the one who gifted him the swords and armor. He's respected. Also lowkey Ronja could totally take Fjodor and Rogio with a truce flag to try and talk to the tribes attacking them. Neither her or her Barons were born or raised in MT, Fjodor is known and respected, that could give enough pause for the others to listen now. Especially if she tells them that SS offered to have them killed for an alliance. Talk it out, explain that the MT they hated is dead and dust, and maybe even if that's not enough to stop the hate they should at least consider a wary peace and return home to prepare for an entirely DIFFERENT war involving SS and... SS lmao Solar Stag and Southspear. Like "hey you don't like us but maybe you should go home b/c it sounds like some other shit is about to hit the fan and you are A LOT closer to the involved tribes "

I find it interesting they had no rebuttals for anything Ronja and Kargo said. I LOVED them calling them out. it gave me shivers! Question for the smart folks in the back (you can't speak, SS, 'cause you don't fit this criteria and have been disqualified several rounds ago): fellas, is it wise to believe it's a good idea to take Kargo's son (and that's only IF they even get that far...) and think NG won't do literally everything they can to save a young, vulnerable member of their family, including kill if need be? 💀 they'd do that for any member, but a child...yikes on a bike and call me Mike Thus far, NG hasn't raised hell with SS despite having more than enough reason to. now SS comes to the doorstep of the new home they had no choice but to move to because of said Tribes that SS allowed to attack them, and they speak to them like this? I pity the fool. NG isn't going to be pushed around or bullied into submission anymore. Ronja is clearly done with everyone's shit, judging this page. she's a mother, too, so that adds another layer of protectiveness. as leader, she is a force of nature all on her own, but especially with loyal members at her back

Kargo’s shocked by the threat, but Diarko’s had execution hanging over his head the whole time by just existing. If Solar Stag wins, the kid’ll be killed regardless. Roamer looks absolutely furious, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he tried to lunge at Faekas in the next page or two. I hope he does that way there’s no chance of an alliance at all.
