Exercises:
1. my variation of sun salutation: inchworm to 5 pushups then mountain climber (left, middle, right). Take step for lunge. Stand up. Do again, but lunge the other side.
2. Side plank with 10-15 reach throughs. As long as you can. Extending the time for each exercise routine.
3. Criss-cross abs. As many as you can. I can do 100 :D.
4. Ankle touches. Legs as straight as you can.
5. 1 minute plank twist.
DRINK WATER
6. Shoulder presses with Arnold presses (I was told it was that, but I cannot find a reference).
7. Pushups.
8. Do Not Know what it is called. It is My Band Back Exercise.
9. Russian Twist with 20 lb (9 kg) weight.
(I need a longer yoga mat to fit my 6'4" body)
