Remember when doing close-ups of floor/wall textures you can always downscale the texture so it repeats/tiles multpile times and appears more crisp from extreme close range.

Putting it on "do" makes her sound aristocratic, as if she speaks like Maleficent would. Nothing wrong with that, in fact a good idea to make the most of the line to add character.
