I've been thinking a bit on what humans would look like in the far future, and it really kind of depends I guess. In my setting I don't really isolate ethnic groups on various island planets as that would be clichΓ© and tasteless ("planet Danish WienerbrΓΈd"). With my 12000 years of space faring history, trading, tourism, emigration, etc, it seems more probable that you'd get a stronger averaging effect. With early history erased, people then would not even know what humans looked like in the past, other than by applying speculative genetic archeology of sorts. Mimicking ancient traits could become high fashion for the rich and eccentric. Regular folk would be limited to more mundane body mods.

I did the spaceships while reading Excession by Banks. Frank Exchange of Views was reportedly dildo shaped. Perhaps I'll use these ships for the Type-III which surrounds the Imperium.
With no computers there probably won't be any sort of advanced robots, aside from the classic remote controlled variety. I think I'll avoid using cybernetic brains as 40K already does that.

Edit: Including some raw pencil sketches. A4 @ 300ppi, 0.5 mechanical pencil.
I never really bother to do nice lines when I know I'll do digital cleanup later. Will see if any of the silhouette thumbs are usable. Ships will be kinda radial-cylindrical with mirrored wing-radiator elements. I cleaned up some stuff already, but then I cropped that work sheet to work on a smaller section, and saved over using the same filename. Whoups >_<;
With no computers there might be more personal service, like buying certain stuff over the counter from NPCs. I remember buying candy over the counter from an old lady when I was a wee lad. Tested her patience when getting 3 of that, no-that, 5 of those, etc, paying with scrounged up pocket change. Before that (before Tetrapak) you'd get milk in urns that you brought yourself. I think cheese/fish/sausage over the counter is the last vestige... can be kinda neat to get a recommendation and ask questions about "that thing there" and maybe get a taste. Anyways, over the counter stores might spice up TTRPG play (as opposed to ordering via some electronic system).
Perhaps they'd also have manual phone switching ladies, though there are relatively simple mechanical systems for that (but huge, noisy and expensive). I saw a few videos on telephone exchange/switching stuff. Basically the pulses from the spinning dial controls electromechanical switches remotely, branching out the connection for each digit.
