Nintendo GameTape?

I like two colour cases so the back is dark gray. The screen is not incidentally the size of a cassette tape. The buttons might be more for regular tape use.
Tape control would be automatic, like on a whirring 1960s Mini Computer. Some 1980s Home Computers had cassette control capabilities too, via the "Remote" jack I think. Afaik the implementation was not as elaborate as the seek capabilities of older tape spool computers though.
The tape here is a photo of one of my custom tapes. I got it from one of the last companies which still produces cassettes (Tapeline). The tape itself is "high grade ferric". I don't think the fancy stuff (Type IV chrome) is produced anymore, nor are players for it. Cheap tape recorders were used in prisons for a long time, with clear cassette cases so they couldn't be used for smuggling. Some of the tape stuff you'll find cheap in stores online is supposedly stock made for prisons...
