Hey Wood, with being a successful content creator, there's aways going to be a certain level of needing to keep an ego in check. Of course the more you learn and the better you do the more confidence you are going to have and also you are going to develop a certain way of doing things and maybe get stressed when that routine is upset. Since the podcast started you've had to learn to co-host something, you dealt with the pressure of building a success and then trying to maintain it, the unfortunate events of your friend and co-host leaving, trying out new formats to try and keep the podcast alive and bring on new people to the team. You are doing a great job. We've seen you interrupt people a bit, understandable when you are used to a format where you are the sole person in the video. We've seen you get stressed at times even maybe slightly snappy(I know a lot of the time its exaggerated for fun), We've seen you when for whatever reason you've had a low that week mentally. The point is all these things that people are picking holes for I think are the things that make you more relatable and likeable as a content creator. I like that in this live format we have seen a few flaws, I think it shoes we all grow as people but regardless of that growth sometime we don't act the way we would want all the time. The best thing you can do is accept it, dont overthink the criticism and do the best you can do and realise that most people are here for you (as they were for bob) and that's why they stuck around. Anyway the tldr, your doing great. Also the current team is great.
