Tiers Update

I've unpublished the $100 tier for major route creation because a very gracious person decided to pledge to it, but paid me through paypal because it was easier for him. Because no patrons have voting privileges yet though, I'll be commissioning art for the Innkeeper and Minotaur Lord. Any subsequent busts will be voted for once the voting tiers start filling up!
