Carol & her kitten
Added 2018-05-22 04:37:30 +0000 UTCThe request for this was little Carol meeting Friska for the first time, but in the story Friska is very young, so it wouldn't've happened. That said, Carol probably had a cat before Friska, or at least a family cat. It is possible that said cat might still be alive because Carol is only 24, but it would be a very old cat. Friska was adopted as a kitten from a shelter because Carol was lonely after she moved out of Nina's apartment.

2018-05-22 12:45:14 +0000 UTCPeople do sometimes bequeath names to pets. We had a dog, a Belgium Shepherd called Thunder when I was little, but we lost it when I was... probably 7 or 8? Time goes on, we get a Maltese Terrier, who has pups and one comes out pure black. Because of that, we kept it, and dad named her Thunder after the original.
