the lockers in the episode amazingly are technically not outside !!!! that is actually the roof garden of the HYBE building about 15 stories up!... it is where idols/PD's/Staff etc. can go to the canteen/ cafe on same floor (maybe 1 floor below (can't remember lol)) and sit outside under the trees.
