2024-08-24 17:53:51 +0000 UTCThank you for watching along with me! 🤗 Honestly, one thing I don't like about these survival shows, probably the only thing I don't like lol, is the constant cutting away from the performances to get everyone's reactions. I get why it's done, but it stumps the flow and climax of the stages by constantly doing that! I wouldn't mind if they just added a tiny box off to the side that showed reactions....just one tiny box and have it cut to different reactions but keep the main screen/focus on the performance. Better yet, just show the reactions by doing a highlight reel after the performance is done lol. I know they have the versions on YouTube without the reactions. I just wish that’s how it was aired with the episodes haha.

I clearly remember being totally in awe of the performances, this was the first kpop compitition show I watched and the stages blew me away. I actually watched Road to Kingdom after I watched KLW. On the question of the budget, as far as I remember there was a specific budget the team were allowed to spend on the stage. I cannot remember how much but I do remember there were some controversies because some groups had crazy stages (you will see in the upcoming episodes) that were said to be much more than the allowed amount. My fav without a doubt is TBZ, I dont know how often I re-watched this specific performance. I also of course instantly downloaded No Air to my playlist. What a song! Oh I do remember at the time there were lots of discussions about iKON not really wanting to go on another survival show, also Bobby was in the middle of his promotions for his solo album. At the time it sounded like they were forced to go by their company (not sure if thats true, thats just what I picked up through comments and social media discussions) I always try to root for the underdog so for me it was clear iKON and SF9 had my support all the way (I also fell in love with their music through this show)

I guess they themselves and quite a few fans were not happy with mnets camera work especially when DK falls off the cliff… I was even more impressed after watching their own video :) Thank you for reacting to this! I really miss ikon right now and to see someone watch this who already knows them makes me so happy:)
