Progress Update 5-7-19
Added 2019-05-08 02:32:14 +0000 UTCHeyo, sorry this is a day later than I promised but yesterday I was preoccupied with my laptop kernel panicking 30 seconds after startup so it kinda slipped my mind. Gettin' the bitch serviced right now (gotta love having a macbook (no i dont want to switch the keyboard on the 2013 macbook pro is godly to type on for long periods of time)) so that should be resolved by the time I write the next one of these, just an extra hole in the bottom of my pocket on top of the current "big mystery asset."
Speaking of, this week I've been largely focused on spending time with the artists working on said asset and trying to make sure it turns out the "right" way, and god bless the boys for being just as neurotic and detail-obsessed as me because it's getting more and more exciting the closer we get to finishing it. Y'all are gonna love it. As I've been focusing on finishing up the big asset I've only been chipping away at the video a bit these past few days, mostly been editing and rewriting segments to help with flow/pacing instead of adding more. Been a big ole refinement week, but the video itself is coming out much better because of it I think. Just a random tip if you're writing a video script of any kind: read every sentence out loud when you write it, like... 15 times. Helps me find more natural ways of saying things.
