No no, you’re allowed to express your thoughts here! I love reading everyone's perspectives!

unpopular (or maybe popular opinion since i just saw another person comment this) but i can't stand Sho..... he's just been too overconfident from the start since the Star Level test and he doesn't have a humble bone in his body. If he had the skills to back it up it would be different, but he's only trained for one month and he really doesn't have the skills.... When he kept interrupting Yumeki to "correct" him when in actuality Sho was doing all the moves wrong... I cringed so hard and yet his reaction was so cocky still Sorry i sound like a MAJOR hater but these are my candid thoughts, i just can't stand the kid fr....

Always appreciate your thoughts! Your wish list of who you want to debut is SOLIDDDDD. I would love that, and you’re right, I think with a lineup like that they'd be a lot harder of a group music wise and looks wise than ZB1. Depends on the sound and concept they want to go for. The drama with Geonwoo is all outside the show. As in, none of it is shown or mentioned in any form in the series. So if anyone didn't read up on any of it in social media, no one would know about it lol. So it's difficult to say how it'll all play out because what we know about the behind the scenes and what is all shown in each episode, we walk away with different opinions and outcomes. It's like we're battling with 2 different realities here lol. Interesting nonetheless!

Hi Marco! I haven't commented on the other episodes yet but this episode annoyed me a little so I'mma yap here about everything lol. I feel super conflicted about Sho, because while I do admire his fearlessness to say anything, he also can come off as cocky or rude (keep in mind he's also only been a trainee for like a month so he doesn't have much trainee experience under his belt). In a way, I do understand the height comment - short dancers can pull off strong concepts (and most dancers are short for a reason - it's easier to coordinate shorter limbs) but I do think height, like visuals, can add a certain special charm to things. It's not fair but I do understand how physique can help create pictures for performances. I still think Zhong Xing (Mr. Sexy) should've gotten the part because he is more stable in rapping and singing when dancing compared to Sho (if you compare their auditions you'd see what I mean). I'm interested to see what happens in their performance. My hot opinion? Minjae didn't do anything wrong. I will disagree with people on this - he's the most experienced out of the group, the best performer, and the most stable (outside of maybe Kaiwen). He also decided parts after hearing them one by one so while it wasn't a group audition where people in the group could vote for it, he had heard them all either way. He also was amazing during the killing part and had the best facial expressions out of the whole group. If no other vocalists were wanting to volunteer, it's not like Minjae himself could be the Leader, the Center, AND the Main Vocalist. He'd be painted as super greedy by people if he did that. He also couldn't exactly force a sub-vocal to switch - he'd be edited as some insane tyrant. It's a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't type of situation. I love Hanwen but his pitch was everywhere. Simple things he should've been able to pick up that most people, including me or you, could do, he couldn't. Keep in mind he also kept telling Minjae he could do it too. It's just a hard situation overall. I hated the editing they gave Yichen. Like, the made it seem like he was stealing the killing part position from Liyu when in reality he was just better and more stable so he rightfully got it. Liyu might "fit" the look more but his vocals aren't as strong as Yichen's. Absolute HATED how they edited that part to make it seem like Yichen was taking something he shouldn't have. Overall, my one pick is Donggyu this season! He's still a little nugu but I'm hoping he gets more popular. In everything include behind the scenes videos he comes across as super shy so I hope he pushes himself more to be outgoing. He also wrote about how he wants to grow more confidence so I'm rooting for him slightly because of that too. I sincerely hope he tries for a main vocalist position next round - his deep, stable baritone voice is amazing. He isn't standing out much this round because there are so many rappers he gets a little lost in the sea. His vocals are unique so he needs to strategize a little imo - he has such a nice, rich, deep voice with amazing falsetto skills so he needs to show off. No one else on the show is a skilled baritone singer but him. My top 9 line-up (because I do think there will be 9 members): Sangwon, Leo, Anxin, Donggyu, Junmin, Junseo, Nian Bo Heng, Xinlong, and Hengyu. Why did I decide these members? They fit the whole alpha-concept the best and are the strongest performers and have that look. The music will probably be strong, intense, and have a lot more rap than what ZB1 had. I want to have members who I feel will pull off the future concept the best in this group. But, this is who I think will realistically make the group: Sangwon, Leo, Anxin, Junseo, Liyu, Sanghyeon, Yumeki, Xinlong, and potentially Masato OR Geonwoo (there's been a lot of discussions about him and idols coming out in support of him - I'm not gonna state my opinion on him rn because that'd be twice this length lol but I can see him having some sort of redemption arc in the show and making it in 7th, 8th, or 9th position. While his reputation is tarnished internationally, he's still placing pretty high and a lot of knets are 50% supporting him now as opposed to the ~20% like two weeks ago before some idols came out in defense of him. There's been an incremental switch up about him so that's something to keep an eye out for). Next week I'm so excited to see the Rising Sun and Whiplash performances!
