B:MY BOYZ - Episode 7

Hard agree with what you were saying about Hyo's team versus Bohyeon's team. Both groups did really well, but there was something about Hyo's team collective which carried more weight. The emotions transmitted in Beautiful's 2nd verse were gut-wrenching. I am unabashedly rooting for Li Zhiwei, but it did sort of feel like he carried his team vocally. Lowkey curious if there was a behind the scene direction change though, it felt a bit like the production team decided to push Bohyeon quite strongly this episode. They've mentioned him a few times before, but this was the first time I felt like I actually got to see something from him, and it's probably only because he got so much screen time. And speaking of screen time, I'm relieved that they were also pushing Li Zhiwei this episode given that they completely erased him from episode 6. (He wasn't in the signal song MV either.) Given that the 50% of the current top 8 are Japanese, I wonder if the production team is going to try and mold the final line-up any, or just let things play out as they have been. Although, the drama about the "William and Bohyeon showed up late and it made everything so march harder :(" was very much giving the vibes of "there's no actual drama going on, we need something to happen." Which, in my opinion, is a good thing. I'm enjoying how chill and wholesome this survival show is turning out to be. Also wondering if we're going to get eliminations in episode 8, and if so, how many people given that there's only Round 4 left before the final. They didn't say it, but it would be really interesting if they pulled the 'losing team minus top picks' gets eliminated card, to bring us down from 26 to something closer to a final 16. Alternatively, they could also just not eliminate anyone until the finals and that would also be great. :D Thank you for the reaction!
