🟡 How does the Patreon Membership work?

Patreon Art Packs each have a start date on the 1st of every month and a deadline at the last day of that month.

i.e. if you sign up for any day of January, you will receive the January pack.

If you miss the last day of January and sign up on the 1st of February, you will receive the February pack instead.

🟡 When will I receive my Digital Reward?

Digital Art Packs will be sent out on 3rd - 5th of the following month!

i.e. If you signed up for the January pack, you will receive a download link in your Patreon DM between the 3rd-5th of February.

Packs will be sent out as a rar or zip file.

🟡 How does Billing work?

New Patreons will be billed immediately for that month and can access all rewards then. Membership is renewed on the 1st of every month!

🟡 I only want this month's pack, if I cancel now, will I still receive my Reward?

Yes! As long as you've been charged for that month, even if you cancel, you will still be considered a member for that month and your pack will be sent. I do recommend giving Patreon some time to register your payment before canceling in case your card is Declined instead.

🟡 I missed last month's reward! Can I still get it?

Yes! I'm in the process of setting up a website to sell all my old Patreon Packs. In the meantime, feel free to contact me to purchase an older pack.

🟡 I forgot to download/lost my old pack! Can you resend it to me?

It's understandable to miss out on and forget to download your reward! Simply contact me and I'll send you a link to your reward! However, do keep in mind that this is limited to 3 packs a year and subsequent requests may carry a fee. This is because it takes time to find and upload the pack each time you ask!

📨 Physical Rewards FAQ

🟢 When will I receive my Physical Rewards?

At the end of every month, I will print out the illustrations for Platinum members. Processing time takes about a week. Prints are generally shipped out on the 7th-9th of the following month. So if you signed up for the Jan pack, I will ship your prints out on the 7th-9th of Feb.

As I'll be shipping from Singapore, local mail will take around 2-5 days to reach. For members residing overseas, please allow 2-4 weeks for it to arrive after mailing it.

🟢 Will my Physical Reward have Tracking?

Sadly, no. I try to keep my tiers as affordable as possible and Normal Mail is used. You may, however, upgrade to tracked mail for S$6 (roughly 4.5USD). Simply reach out to me via DMs/Discord to arrange it with me!

🟢 I have not received my Package after the estimated time frame!

Shipping Delays may happen on occasion. If you still have not received it after 8 weeks, do reach out to me for assistance/replacement! (This does not include lost mail due to inaccurate address provided.)

Platinum Tier Prints have several Upgrades you can choose from! Simply contact me and I can arrange it for you.
