Anime eClaire!

I also added in all of the render layers so you guys can see what I was trying. The depth map there was to try to add a lens blur, but I didn't like it as much to be honest, I think the crips lines were best.

2024-10-18 19:57:42 +0000 UTCOne of the issues I am having with the eyes atm is the new anime styled eyes don’t track perfectly when I tell them to point at an object. They actually end up looking really hard to the right if I tell them to look at , say, the camera for instance. So I had to put the on a null and fly it around until it was pointed in a relatively decent direction

I ultimately don’t use it for this one, but it’s still neat to see. But yes I do think I’ll be making comics in this style in the future, it’s a much faster workflow

2024-10-18 19:42:46 +0000 UTCI think this looks pretty good for the most part, and the 5th pic reminds me of games like No More Heroes or Killer Seven, but there's something about Claire's eyes that don't look right. It feels like the eyes aren't even, with one or the other drifting.
