2018-01-29 01:18:24 +0000 UTCPersonally, I think it's a shame really. Koreans are ashamed of their own culture. I mean, I can understand that some people don't want to eat dogs. But we shouldn't be ashamed or try to hide the fact that it was and still is a part of our culture. There's this whole inferiority complex in Korean society, and people are really sensitive to what foreigners might think of us.

It seemed to lead to some of their thoughts of how foreigners might view the eating of dogs and how that viewpoint might reflect on them personally and as a country.
