I also don't see the point why it is rude to wear traditional clothes from other countries. I would love to see people from other places wear our traditional clothes.

I wonder though if there is contention about Westerners wearing hanboks like there is with kimonos - seems to be the Japanese who don't live in Japan get very upset when Westerners wear them and wondered if this was the same for Koreans and hanboks?
