There does seem to be a lot of the I-LAND participants who just go with the flow and don't promote themselves. More than other shows I've watched (Under 19 and The UNIT)

News: People are talking about not having in person concerts? 😭 I still have my ticket for the map of the soul 7 concert and I’m not giving it up! The SOOP: I lub it!!! Iland: Danny, thank you for shouting out Ks real ness but yeah David I agree that tactically it won’t be good for him. (My iland bias is K) I’m worried people won’t vote for him now and he could be voted out if he ends up in the group with the least votes. I thought BTS were able to be in the iland when the ilanders were not there because the ilanders were whisked away for a few days with promises of cool hair cuts while the secret construction was being completed. I would guess they went wherever the grounders always went. ☺️ The lightstick for iland needs to be an egg 🙌🏽 pass that on to the BIgHit shaman 🥚 Which one of you won pizza avolo??? I forgot what the bet was but I remember the prize ☺️

WEBTOON: Seems obviously drawn time show misogyny. If so, the question is one of context. If the whole storyline is pointing out reality, including the problems of misogyny in the workplace, then I think it makes sense to have it in the storyline. A better response would be: “Dang! It’s really like that - someone actually said it ‘out loud’! What can we do to change it?”

I was greatly disappointed that BTS didn’t meet the boys. My guess is they will come back and meet the final seven. I’m sure it was a huge encouragement for the boys to hear Hobi knew who each of them are! The gifts were great - except Jimin’s... it’s like he forgot, or his manager forgot, to get it prepared, so they grabbed a doll off the couch at home.... 😆 Their advice was not only truly helpful, but it seemed sincere — and in that segment, it may have been easier for them to be candid without having them there. I think they didn’t meet them because they already knew someone in the show had tested positive for COVID 19 and they didn’t want to expose BTS. (If so, they musta cleaned that set like crazy before they got there! ) Then they filmed that last episode and immediately shut the show down. Would’ve been a disaster to shut it down without announcing the final 12!

I really loved BTS on i-Land! I agree with Danny, Jimin could have upgraded his gift! Lol I also agree that it seems like BTS was brought in to "save" the show. I know of many people personally who watched it only for BTS. Would it last? I'm not too sure.
