Hi all,
The next chapter of Geoff Ryman's project is live:
http://strangehorizons.com/issue/100-african-writers-of-sff-part-two-writers-in-the-u-k/
This one focuses on African writers based in the UK, and includes interviews with Jennifer Nansubuga Makumbi, Tade Thompson, Tendai Huchu, and many others -- over 30,000 words, all told!
Like Chapter One, this is a re-edit of material that first appeared at Tor.com last year; but on Friday we have a brand new chapter for you, looking at Cape Town editors.
(And the February ebook is very nearly ready, and should follow this post in a couple of hours, for $4 patrons: as you can hopefully appreciate, with essentially 7 issues rather than 4, it's been a bit of a beast.)
(And this is probably as good a time as any to awkwardly remind you all to check that your payment details are up to date: we had a higher-than-usual number of declined payments this month, so if your card has expired, please do consider updating your pledge to your new one. Thanks!)
Niall
