I personally use toon boom harmony for animations and Adobe After Effects for editing and postcompose. + Paint tool sai and a bit of Photoshop for backgrounds and drawing filters I need ^^ There are also a lot of editing proggrams you can use, like Vegas, Premiere etcetc and animating also like TVpaint or ClipStudioPaint! ^^

The average scene can be done in like...umm...1 hour to make a sketch frame and create a project to work in. 2 hours for sketch anim. 3-12 hours for lining. 1-3 hours for colouring. Usually it also takes me 1-2h to add effects like highlights, nipples(color them with blur module), glowing effects. Then I pre-render scene by scene. It takes some time too(honestly it takes a lot of time of waiting because I just wait when my PC render it xD). When all rendered it usually takes up to 12h(my usual length animations) to compose all scenes into one big animation. +backgrounds. 1bgr may take from 15 minutes to 6h to draw. If counting time spent on this exact scene...It was semi-easy to draw. It took me nearly 5-6 hours of work. But it is not finished yet, cause nipps, effects and background should be added later ^^
