Removed Tier 1

I unpublished Tier 1 because I don't plan on offering more spaces, and I don't want the tier slot options to be cluttered with unavailable options.
If you are in Tier 1 you should still be able to access your rewards no problem! It just won't be label "First Tier - Section 1" anymore.
Let me know if anyone has problems and I will fix it.
