Large model price (6 inches tall)

Edit : Changed the question to be more clear.

What would YOU pay for a 6 inch tall model?

Price and desirability would vary from model to model, but just give an estimate :)

The model would be 3D printed in resin, sanded, and primed. This means it would be ready for paint or display.

Doesn't bother me! I'm pretty frugal myself.

You got it! :D

Ah I see this is more of a “customer analysis” than a “cost analysis” in a sense

people tend to be cheap. Unfortunately.

Yes, I'm aware of what it would cost me. That part was easy :D Danny's video helped with that actually. I'm curious what people would pay for large figurines. Since if it is costing me like $30, but the average person would never pay more than $25 I probably shouldn't sell them.

Yes, I have that all figured out. I have a pretty consistent average cost between model to model interestingly. I'm more curious what you would pay for a 6 inch tall figurine. A detailed monster would be more desirable than a plan soldier, but just take a stab haha

Its also a matter of the shape though. A 6 inch human and a 6 inch wolf will take very different amounts of resin and time to clean.

Hmmm there’s a lot that goes into this. 1. Cost of materials. 2. Time to prepare the models 3. Wear and tear on machine. I believe Danny Herrero from 3D printed tabletop did a bunch of work calculating overall cost of printing for someone so he would be a good one to reach out to for some advice.
